Local area and beaches
There are 2 villas on this beautifully quiet 4 acre property. They look out onto farmland and are surrounded by vegetation local to the area. A resident male koala regularly puts in an appearance along with a myriad of birds. The inlet is accessible by road or a 1.5km walking/riding track. The inlet is a fantastic place to spend the day either fishing, swimming, boating or sailboarding providing car access onto the beach. The surf beach access track is approximately a 1km walk which will give access to the quiet unmanned part of the Sandy Point surf beach . A further 0.5kms will take you to the main Sandy Point Beach and Sandy Point Surf Lifesaving Club. The Sandy Point beach is absolutely stunning and a great place for a family day out swimming, surfing and boogy boarding or just for lazing around on the beach. Opposite the main beach is the General Store, Café, Mini Golf and Tennis Courts. Wilsons Promontory is a 40 minute drive and has stunning beaches, walks and wildlife.
