Spacious home in a quiet, tree-lined, historic neighborhood, close to iconic Pioneer Park, amazing restaurants, Billings' vibrant downtown and the largest walking brewery tour in the state. 10 minute UBER drive from Billings Airport and 8 minutes from I-90.

Beautifully decorated with new appliances plus the charming coved ceilings and built-ins you would expect in a 1930's era home.
Extra amenities include a SMART TV with basic stations, access to a variety of movie channels and plenty of comfortable seating. Bicycles, biking maps and ride suggestions are available on request.

Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. Free access to washer and dryer downstairs (in the basement- fairly steep staircase at your own risk).

Greetings! We are Kristi and Kevin and have made Billings home for about 20 years. We each have two grown children in their 30s and although we both work full time, we both bike almost every day and enjoy hiking, reading, traveling and entertaining. We delight in meeting people from all over the world and giving you tips on the best foods, entertainment and recreational activities in the area.
Why they chose this property
We bought this cute house in downtown Billings just for you, our guests. It's cozy and near enough to the downtown action to be fun, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
It is perfectly situated and has a great feel. When we walked into the house the first time, we immediately felt so comfortable we felt like staying, so we knew it was perfect for guests!

What makes this property unique
This charming bungalow was built in the 1930’s and has the coved ceilings and arched doorways you would expect in this period home ... but the plumbing and electrical systems have all been updated.
Stylishly decorated, this homey accommodation is sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease, whether you're here for work, appointment or vacationing!
