• This is a daylight basement unit in a duplex with a secure, private entrance and lots of light
Other things to note
1. There is no exhaust fan over the stove, but there is a window to crack if needed

2. Outdoor landscaping is under construction

3. Park nearby for kids and dogs and a large green space directly across the street for pets

4. Propane for outdoor BBQ is responsibility of guest. If out, this means a run to Home Depot for a replacement

5. Lots of parking whether street side or large parking pad in backyard through alley access

6. Our next door neighbor is the maintenance man, retired veteran and unofficial neighborhood watch who has lived next door with his lovely wife since the 80's. Our co-host lives a few houses down and always has a new idea on how to make the home an even better experience for guests (she just won top home host in Montana!!). Anything you need they are happy to help.
