This place is definitely on our list to visit more often. Perfect location for easy access tor the Daytona Speedway, KSC or just for some good relaxation time. Very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. Parking was simple and the heated pool was a plus.

Our family has lived in Central Florida almost our whole lives. Lou was born in Florida and Joy in Ohio. With the energy of our two teenaged sons, our family is always enjoying adventures. We love the variety of Florida and the hidden treasures of its natural beauty and history. One such treasure is Ponce Inlet.

Why they chose this property

For years Lou has wanted our family to have a beach property of our own, and in 2018, through a variety of circumstances, his dream became a reality. After a little work, creativity, and prayer, our family now owns our own little piece of paradise. With gorgeous views from the top floor of Southpoint Condominiums, unit 705 has a fresh ocean blue color scheme and welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of our little paradise.
