This bright and spacious newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment can accomodate up to 10 persons. A few minutes walk to Peace Park, you can even view the entire Peace Park from the balcony plus a beautiful River night view. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided Room wifi provided, TV, washing machine. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. Best place to stay with superb view and great location!

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

The Space:
1Bedroom apartment with Elevator. Entire place rental so you won't have to worry about sharing with other guest.

Sleeping arrangement:

Bedroom: 2 queen size bed (4 people)
Living room: 3 double sofa bed (6 people)

A total of 10 people can stay.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

Entire apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Air-condition provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature
during your stay.

It costs 1,340 yen.
The easiest way is to ride this Limousine bus service. This coach service brings you to Hiroshima Bus center directly.

【Check in/out】

Standard check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Depending on other guests' schedules it might be possible to check in earlier so please feel free to ask me for early check-in or late check-out.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT REMINDER:

> Visiting guest will be charged even if they do not stay overnight and Please be quiet after ten o'clock in the evening.
If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police.

The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

Garbage
if garbage box is full, please leave it balcony or message me I can send a staff to pick it up.

If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let me know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
