A newly renovated 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house with a large child friendly backyard.

Offers 4 spacious bedrooms and open plan living. All rooms have split system air-conditioning for year round comfort. The bedrooms comprise of three rooms with queen or double size beds and one room with two singles. Main bedroom has ensuite with shower and toilet.

Modern kitchen with dishwasher and large 6 burner gas cooktop. Includes all cutlery, toaster, kettle and cooking equipment.

Two modern bathrooms- the main with large freestanding bath tub.

Open plan living area with large reverse-cyle air conditioner, recliner lounges, flat screen tv and dvd player. Formal 6 seat dining room set in front of large French doors which overlook the deck and backyard.

Fully contained with large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, all linen, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk.

Fully grassed backyard perfect for children to play. The backyard has tall fences for privacy and a large decking area perfect for relaxing drinks and bbq's.

Driveway entry to double garage with electric roller garage door for extra security. Garage has direct entry to living area with side door entry to house.

Located 5min walk from shopping district (specialty shops, doctors etc). Only a 1min walk from the new film studio.

Broken Heel 2023

Me and four friends stayed here for the Broken Heel festival. Overall the house exceeded expectations and was better that it seemed in photos. The lay out is awesome and amenities are great. It was a little further from town that we realised as there’s a massive mountain of lode in the way but we made do. I found Eva’s place outstanding value for money and perfect for a group of 4-6. Recommended.

Perfect family stay

Spacious, well appointed house with all home comforts, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Lovely undercover porch and backyard to relax outside. Wonderful, thank you.

Family reunion

Great location, easy drive to main part of town. Spacious, comfortable house. Plenty of room for 7 adults . Hosts very easy to communicate with & accomodating with specific requests. Would definitely recommend this property.

Cousin's Get together

The pleasant property was let down by some cleanliness issues viz the BBQ was appalling as was the oven which we could not improve as it requires a heavy chemical clean. A problem gas burner was disabled promptly by the owner's representative. Thank you. Additionally, The microwave frame kept falling off. Attention to detail would significantly improve Eva's Place. The photo of the lounge area is not an accurate representation as we were counting on some individual chairs for ease of elderly people's use which made us settle on Eva's as opposed to other places we viewed on the internet ( not hard to get in and out of couches)
