This beautiful home has a spacious living area downstairs and three generous bedrooms upstairs and is only one of two units on the block. No need to pack linen as we provide fresh linen service sheets on all our beds. Each sleeping position will also be provided with towels and the bathrooms have bath mats and hand towels. The light and roomy main kitchen, dining, lounge area is complimented by a large undercover outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, complete with tea towels and the essentials. A double lock up garage is ideal for secure car, motor cycle or jet ski storeage. A gated area next to the home is ideal for parking a large boat. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the island and all it has to offer.

the place was huge and so clean, Darren was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. all you need, especially the kitchen, were there. the neighbourhood was so quiet and relaxing, accesible to shops. perfect for families and group stay. very much recommended.
This was a great stay for my family and I. The house was spacious, clean and had all the appliances we needed during our stay. The house has a great location near to the lawn bowls and tennis courts. Plus close by to cowes Main Street. Will hire again.
Great stay. This is a very modern and well maintained property with plenty of room. The carpeted garage was a great bonus to store bikes after a long ride. Short stroll into the main street of Cowes.
Wow what a gem of a place you have. Location was brilliant, close to the beach yet away from any loud crowds. The pantry is full of everything you could think of which we didn't require as we didn't think it would be provided so we has brought our own. It really is a home away from home, and one that I am more than happy to recommend and come back to time and time again. Thanks Darren for sharing your home to us, it was so memorable for my family and I.

Spacious and clean!
This is a lovely townhouse that is quite spacious, with large rooms which was great for our three children to hang out in. It was very clean with a great little outdoor area and was in relatively quiet neighborhood. Would recommend it for your next holiday of rest and relaxation!

Perfect for large groups!
I highly recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to coming back!
As a group of 11 adults we had room to bond and room to spare in this large and cleverly arranged home. Having two full bathrooms (ladies and gents), an extra downstairs toilet, a large indoor and outdoor dining table, lots of group seating, and all the ammenities you could want made our stay so comfortable.
The house was in hotel condition when we arrived. From the clean modern design, down to the perfectly pressed linen.
Location wise, we were close to everything, but happily tucked away from the easter holiday rush. We only regret having waited till the end of our trip to check out the beautiful stretch of beach right down the road from the house.
Finally, thank you, Darren, for your hospitality. I especially appreciate your prompt replies and professionalism, even after initially declining our request. If you hadn't explained your reason for declining (needing a min 4 day stay over easter) we would have really missed out.

Perfect family getaway
We stayed at the property with another family and it was perfect for just that! It had everything there you could want for cooking and entertaining the little ones! The kids loved the carpeted garage and used it as there play area. The outside BBQ area was great for entertaining and perfect for dinner time with a big family. The house is also in a great location as every morning we would walk to the shops and not too far for the kids. We will defiantly be back next year! Thank you for having us!
