One bedroom, One bathroom, Balcony, Washer and dryer. AC Hot tub, 2 blocks from exito. 2 blocks from poblado metro station. Part time doorman. Ceiling fan with blue tooth. foam mattress. USB outlets. Reception. We put out some coffee can work from reception. Both UNE and claro wifi, Both Android and Claro and UNE Cable boxes. Recliner. Dish washer instead of doing dishes by hand on vacation. We take out garbage, Security will help you and your guests.

Excellent apartment

Stayed here for 5 weeks. Excellent apartment in a great location close to many restaurants, nightlife, Spanish schools and walkable to other areas in Medellin. Loved the facilities and security. Easy check in and out process.

Location was convenient, but place was not the cleanest. I would give it a three out of 10 on arrival. I was hit with a security deposit which isn’t a big deal, but it was not enclosed when I’m booked, which made no sense.

Security is in the advertisement. Plus it’s in the confirmation. Along with bring balance and card used. People only want to read what they want to read. You don’t wish to leave a small security then switch to a place that doesn’t ask for one.

I can only say good things about this place , it was clean and it was so close to stores and restaurants , the guys in charge were always willing to help , Barry was very helpful amd easy to communicate with , I will recommend this place . thank you for everything
