This magnificent North facing 2 story home recently refurbished and extended is located in this sought after location on Noosa Parade. Prime River frontage overlooking Woods Bay. Private Jetty is ideal for fishing and water activities such as kayaking, SUP etc.

This ideal holiday home consists of an excellent sized ground floor area comprising of Lounge, Dining and kitchen all open plan with 1 queen size bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and media room, with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Large Sliding doors allow the entire downstairs living/dining/kitchen area to open to become one with the outdoor Alfresco dining, pool and riverfront terrace.

The stunning alfresco area has a built in BBQ, Pizza Oven and sink which overlooks the infinity edge pool and onto the river.

The Kitchen has all new Miele Appliances. Fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.

The upstairs is divided into two wings accessed by 2 separate stair cases. One leads to the Master Bedroom with a King size bed, walk in robe and bathroom with separate toilet. Wall mounted TV with Foxtel. The Master has magnificent views across and along Noosa River and the woods bay area opposite.

The other upstairs wing has 1 queen bedded room, and 1 bunk room ( consisting of 2 Double beds lower and 2 singles upper) with bathroom and separate toilet.

All bedrooms have split system air con and ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort.

This beautiful home has everything you need for your ideal holiday, the location is second to none, with a level 5 minute stroll to Hastings St. and all its magnificent shopping and dining options. 7 minutes stroll to Noosa Main Beach.

Off Street Parking for 2 cars. The property is fully fenced and secure.

One of the best places we have ever stayed

We had an amazing time in this house in Noosa. It was both spacious enough for us to spend time in the house if the weather wasn't great or just do a casual stroll with the kids to the park, shops or beach. The host was great to communicate with. The house was clean and had all the small things you always need when staying with your family. Without a doubt we would love to stay here again on our next visit.

This house has everything you will need for any kind of holiday in Noosa. We were 5 girls but this house would be fantastic for families. Thank you so much to Gabriel who could not have been more helpful and always answered my calls. The location is maybe the best you can possibly get and we walked everywhere. I can’t wait to return .

OMG wow! Thats the words that came from my wife when she walked in the door. The view of the river is the first thing you see,it just hits you. This house is absolutely gorgeous, luxury at its best. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the heart of Noosa. It is impossible not to be impressed with this property! One of the best places we have ever stayed at 10 out of 10.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Perfect family home close to Hasting Street.

The house was fantastic and in a great location, being only a short walk to Hastings Street. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. The outdoor area is fantastic for BBQ's, hanging out by the pool and watching the boats cruise past on the river. Great for a family holiday, with a parents retreat located upstairs in a separate wing to the kids rooms. Communication with the owner was great and all very easy. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing family holiday in beautiful Noosa. Can't wait to go back!!

Brilliant stay

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The position is very convenient being so close to Hastings st, but also private enough to have relaxing family time. Our children loved fishing off the jetty. Plenty of space and very well provisioned.
