The spacious outdoor area also adjoins a games room with stereo , pool table, flat screen TV and separate powder room.

This property has evaporative cooling and ducted heating throughout the whole house.

Mornington Hot Springs is only a 5 Min drive and great to indulge in packages available whether it’s hot or cold.

The location is perfect for the keen Fisherman also, with Rosebud Boat ramp close by and fishing Charters also available daily.

Kids dont miss out either with the Enchanted Maze and Mini Golf around the corner.

Whether its shopping, fishing, lounging by the pool or at the beach, catching a movie at the local Rosebud theatre or taking a short drive to the some of the Wineries and Restaurants.

Fantastic House

My whole family, five adults and five children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We loved the outdoor space and the location. The host was extremely helpful as well. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

A hidden gem

This property has everything you need and more for a family getaway. We had 5 kids aged 1-8 plus 4 adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean, everything was in working order, Tina left coffee pods, washing powder, condiments etc - literally just show up. We loved it and we will be back!

A weekend getaway with friends

We had a great time in this house. The pool and spa are superb. The pool’s temperature is just perfect given it was rainy and gloomy. The billiard area was also perfect. Home away from home

We had a wonderful time in this amazing house. Plenty of room for 3 generations of family to spread out if desired or be together. Pool and spa (both under shade cloths) were enjoyed by all. A wonderful holiday home for all age groups!!!

Both the spa and pool were very clean and hygienic. The children had a lot of fun with the billiards room as well as the close proximity of the shopping centre and a variety of fast food restaurants along with the short walking distance of the beach which the kids couldn't get enough of.
