This beautiful property with sea views has modern decor and the feel of a city apartment, located at one of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Adelaide, Maslin Beach. With bedding for up to 6 people, this property suits small groups, families, and can also be enjoyed by a couple for a romantic getaway or an executive on a business trip.

Only a short walk to the pristine family friendly Maslin Beach where you can enjoy a swim, just relax or throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. 800m south is the section of Maslin Beach that was declared Australia's first unclad beach where you can get your kit off if that's what takes your fancy!!

Sea & Wine Retreat is a 5 minute drive from one of Adelaide's finest wine reigons, McLaren Vale, where there are many restaurants, cafes & wineries. Port Willunga's Star of Greece is only a couple of minutes away aswell. We are also only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful country feel of Willunga. Be sure to check out the Farmers Market for some beautiful local produce each Saturday.

Accommodation

The property has 3 bedrooms, with the following bedding configurations:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed with 1000 count cotton sheets, TV + built in DVD player
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with 1000 count cotton sheets, TV + built in DVD player
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed1000 count cotton sheets, TV + built in DVD Player

Please note, our basic pricing for 2 people is based on using the King bed only. If an extra bed is required for 2 people, it's an extra $50 per stay. **Please advise when booking**

The living area is a large open place space comprising of Lounge with 50" Flat Screen TV & Soundbar, Dining area and Kitchen. There is refrigerated ducted heating and cooling throughout the house.

The kitchen has everything you need including; full sized fridge, oven & cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, slow cooker and all your cooking/baking needs, there is filtered tap water for your convenience & basic pantry items in the cupboard (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc)

Stepping outside to the terrace/entertaining area there is a lounge, Flat Screen TV, outdoor table, 5 person hydrotherapy spa, alfresco heater, pizza oven & Weber Q BBQ. There is also a second bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Outside is a small area of lawn with a clothes line.

Pets allowed: there is a courtyard sized backyard & fenced & gated front yard. Please advise if you’ll be bringing a pet along for your stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous house. (Photos don’t do it justice!!) Beautiful beaches a short stroll away. A few nights at Maslins

Excellent house to stay in. The place is big enough to hold six but everyone has some space in the generous lounge room, dining are & kitchen. There is nearly twice that space in the courtyard lounge, hot tub and amazingly a patch of green around the side for the pooch. Everyone had a great time, thank you.

Cool place!

We 4 couples had a great stay in Sea & Wine Retreat! This is a wonderful house to relax & socialise in. It's quite private and encourages you to quickly settle into a coastal holiday lifestyle . Access to the beach is easy, though an uphill hike home at the end of the day (drive the couple of hundred meters). Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the house very clean & well appointed. We hope to be back again soon!

This is a fantastic place of getaway for either a short or long stay everything thought of here!

We had a group of 8 of us staying here, great location within easy access to wineries and great food locations. The property is simply one not to be missed if you can. Everything has been thought of here and such a relaxing tranquil place for entertaining. We truely loved our time here after full days out about enjoying the sites, wineries and sensational food. Fantastic accommodation

We stayed here as a group of friends for three nights. Megan was fantastic through the booking process and throughout our stay. The house is spacious, immaculate, comfortable with everything you can possibly need. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area which really is another room and a fantastic entertaining area. We loved the spa and the pizza oven and relaxing outside watching the footy. Great location. Maslin Beach is stunning and McLarenVale is just up the road with great wineries. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back. Will recommend to everyone for sure. Thanks Megan!
