"Fleurwood" - walkable distance into Berry

Just a 15 min walk (or 2 min car trip) away from the Berry shopping village is Fleurwood. Nestled on the top of a hill, down an ornamental pear lined driveway, you will find a French inspired property, that‘s quiet and peaceful. The perfect spot to kick back and relax.

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. With a freestanding 90cm oven and gas cooktop, microwave, mixmaster, large fridge and dishwasher, you have all you require to cook up a feast to share together at the 12 seater dining table. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!), including oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.

The open plan living area features an inviting slow combustion wood fireplace, stylish furniture, with a comfortable relaxing feel. All the required mod cons are also available with flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod docking stereo unit and a reverse cycle air conditioner.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite containing double shower with 2 rain heads, cast iron freestanding bath, and TV. French doors open the bedroom up to the decking area taking in regional views of the Berry dairy country side.

The second bedroom has a French themed queen bed and the large third bedroom contains 2 king singles, with single trundles and TV with inbuilt DVD.

The main bathroom features a rain head shower and a traditional free standing slipper bath to relax in with the supplied bath salts. The property also has a powder room located just off the living area. With the ample mirror space available this property is perfect for groups attending weddings needing to frock up, or a house full of girls!

The deck with outdoor table, BBQ, and deck chairs can easily be accessed from all areas of the house via one of the many French doors. Set up a deck chair read your book and enjoy that glass of wine.

Located on a 1 acre block there is plenty of open space for the children to run around, or kick a ball, while you enjoy the view from the large decking area with a magazine and drink in hand. Being on a private road also means the property is quiet and free from passing traffic.

Should you be staying for a while the house laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities for your convenience.

Fleurwood is the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a glass of red in front of the fire, reading a novel on the deck, or soaking in 1 of the 2 freestanding baths, with Seven Mile beach only a 10 min drive away.
