Newley remodeled 5 bedroom 4 bath home. Main level includes fully stocked kitchen, living room with sectional and smart T.V. Also main level has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and one shared bathroom. Upper level has two more bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a shared bathroom and a cute little vanity area outside the bathroom. The basement includes one open bedroom with 2 queen beds and two bathrooms and a small living area with smart TV. All bedrooms have a smart T.V. also.

Hello, we are the Sperry's. We are a husband and wife team that enjoys building and remodeling homes. We absolutely adore this sweet town. It was only fitting to buy a house there and share with others what Hermann has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Up on 8th Guest Haus was newly remodeled in October 2019. This house has all you need to accommodate up to 12 people. The Hermann Trolley will pick you up right at the door and take you to all of the towns wineries, distilleries, breweries, antique shops and restaurants and much much more.
