Great sized property for a family of 4 and it would easily sleep 6 or more in a pinch. The children appreciated having their own separate room. Great facilities, 2 x toilets, 2 x showers, 1 x bath. Kitchen had all the required items to help make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The check in process was super easy and the availability of a car park to store the hire car was great. The contact with Kellie and the Holiday Concepts crew once the apartment was booked was first rate.
This apartment was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and was perfectly positioned to Southbank and easy access to the city via the trams. Will definitely book again.
Nice place - close to Southbank and tram stop. We needed a place that with 3 bedrooms and this suites our needs nicely. Was able to arrange early check in and a late check out.

The unit is centrally located to Crown, DFO and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom unit. Functional although slightly dated kitchen/ appliances and bathrooms. Only 1 of the gas cooktop burners worked.
Such a wonderful space with comfortable beds & couch! Location is fantastic and so much is within walking distance. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
We had a beautiful apartment, styled with modern decor and facilities. The location was perfect for sight seeing and walking distance to public transport, shopping, casino and cafes.
Great location, very roomy apartment. Overall generally clean but attention to detail is lacking, very dusty in some spots. Please note WIFI not included in this apartment, yes, it isn't stated in the ad, but one assumes in 2023 there will be WIFI so it was a bit of a surprise when it wasn't. Would definitely book again based on location and ease of access.
The apartment was a great size plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms to accomodate a group of ladies. Great outlook and location everything a very short walk away shopping, casino, tram, 711. The host was very accomodating and would definately recomend this property and stay here again. The pool was also lovely. Thankyou for hosting us.

We love the hustle and bustle of Melbourne life. Park your car and then walk or use public transport to see the best of Melbourne. The free tram zone is 600m along Clarendon Street. Albert Park lake, just 1.5km away, also beckons to the south. While conveniently located to Crown and Melbourne CBD, our preference is to head to South Melbourne for the market and explore the local shops, cafes and pubs. We are also just a stone's throw from South Wharf (DFO for those shoppers!).
