Smell the serenity!
Handy to town but with a peaceful bush outlook. The property backs directly onto to the Cowes Foreshore Reserve, with an 8 minute walk via bush tracks leading you to the beautiful calm waters of Red Rocks Beach. You will see lots of wallabies and maybe even an echidna.
Suits young families or a multi generation holiday.
Dog and kid friendly - the back garden is securely fenced
Note: not a big party house - due to close proximity of neighbours. More a 'relax on the deck and gather round the firepit' vibe.
We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sleeps up to 8, with 5 seperate beds
Sleeping accommodation consists of:
Bedroom 1- queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed.

The living area has ample comfy seating, a large flat screen TV, gas heating and a split system for heating/cooling.
Free WIFI with access to Netflix, Prime and Stan.
The dining table seats 6-8, with extra seating at the Island bench .
Plenty of cutlery, dishes and glasses for everyone.
There is also a travel cot, high chair and baby bath available.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
NOTE: No Schoolies or Uni groups
The house is dog friendly. Sorry no cats due to family allergies.
The backyard has strong fences and gates but please note that the driveway gates are just under 1m high. So depending on how big or determined your dog is to escape, this may not be the house for you.
The covered deck is ideal for dog napping. If inside, please keep dogs off furniture and beds. A dog bed and dog bowls can be provided.
Red Rocks Beach, our closest beach, allows dogs on lead from 7am to 10am and 5pm to 8pm from 1st December to 30th April. Off lead beaches are in Ventnor and from the Anderson boat ramp to the Cowes yacht club. A leaflet in the house has full details.
Please keep your dog on lead when walking through the bush - safer for the wildlife and for them - they may get lost if they chase off after a wallaby.
