Beautiful federation four bedroom residence perfectly located in central Maryborough opposite Princes Park.
Fully equipped kitchen, lounge room with 50" plasma and Foxtel. Separate dining room, sitting room, bathroom and ensuite with walk in shower. BBQ and safe play area. Undercover off street parking for three vehicles. Central heating in most of the house with another heater in the kitchen area. Reverse cycle air conditioner in smaller sitting room.

Magnificent property

This gorgeous house is absolutely stunning. We loved relaxing in the beautiful front formal sitting room, but there’s also an additional living area complete with another TV and games cupboard for the kids. A wonderful experience to stay in such a beautiful home.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Absolutely LOVED this House. Quiet and relaxing - everything provided that one would need. Well positioned - across the road from the Park and just down the road from the Golf Club Bistro. It was a pleasure to stay in one of Maryborough's Historic Homes. Will definitely book again.
