Parkview Holiday Unit 10

Are you looking for a family friendly holiday? Well, Phillip Island is definitely the place for it. With many attractions to visit Penguins, pelicans, seal rock. Gran Prix track, beach you will leave the island feeling relaxed and refreshed. Our house is within less than 5 minute walking distance to the beach, less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street of cowes with all shops and coffee places right at your doorstep.

This holiday house is one of a kinda lovely open living kitchen and lounge room. - Containing 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom - Includes a comfy queen size bed, walk in robe with lots of hanging space. Tv with built in DVD player. Personal en-suit with large shower and toilet.

2nd bedroom includes a double bed with single bunk above and another single bed (Sleeps 4).

3rd bedroom includes a double bed with single bunk above and another single bed (sleeps 4).

2nd Bathroom has a shower and bathtub for small children. Also a separate toilet for your convenience.

Kitchen - Fully renovated (Dec 2017) self contained kitchen with Oven, Cook top, Microwave, Large fridge with freezer and a wonderful dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, pots and pans available for use for guests.

Th open living lounge room consist of 2 x 3 seater couches. A spacious area with a large 55" TV and DVD player and 5.1 sound system. We also offer a selection of DVD's for you to watch here on your stay. The lounge room also has a small desk area, a basket of toys, puzzles and books for children.

Laundry - Top loader washing machine for your convenience of longer stays in our holiday house. With an outdoor washing line & pegs. Also for the convenience of your stay if needed is a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop and bucket.

Backyard -A roomy fenced backyard for the safety of young children contains a large outdoor timber table made by the owner seats up to 8 people. Also for the private use of our guests in our own outdoor BBQ with gas bottles.

Also with this unit you are entitled to the use of the double undercover carport.
For all to use is the solar heated pool which is fenced for the safety of children. Also for the entertainment of your children in the park is a shared playground and sandpit.

We leave a range of small but useful items for our guest like - beach tents and sun baking chairs, sandpit toys, porta cot and high chair and plastic plates and cups for those whom have young children.

We like to try and make our guests stay as homely as possibly.

Great Stay in Phillip Island

Really loved the property and so did the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the location being an easy walk to the shops and beach. The hosts have put a huge amount of effort in providing absolutely everything you could need to have a great holiday. Would book again for sure.

Wonderful property for a family holiday. Great location, easy walk to the beach and playground. Especially appreciated the extra touches of toys and beach equipment for the kids. Made us feel very welcome. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Amazing

I spent three nights over the long weekend with my sister and our combined three girls. The house was exceptionally clean, well-cared for with everything you could need for your stay. The beds were comfortable, the amenities excellent and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio with a wine. This would be by far the best place we have stayed at. Lovely pool (too cold for us to use unfortunately), close to the beach and walking distance to town we were very impressed and highly recommend. We hope to come back in summer!!

Best value for money accommodation, easy walk to main street and foreshore of Cowes for anything and everything. The Unit was so comfortable and homely. Everything one needs to enjoy on a short or long stay from comfy beds to the best showers we have come across....even a great selection of movies to simply watch and enjoy a night in . Maureen and Peter were easy to communicate with and more than happy to assist with any issues or enquiries. Will definitely be planning a return stay .

Long Weekend

We went away for my son's 7th birthday and it was jsut a wonderful weekend enjoyed by all. A great space for us with 3 young kids that was well equipped with everything we needed from highchair, porta cot and kids toys/games. Such a wonderful space where the kids could either play in the generous sized backyard, pool or playground. We also utilized the skate park right across the road. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a spacious and clean space for our young family. The kids are already asking to go back!

Home Away from Home

I have been left speechless from the moment I arrived at the property. Everything about this little unit is perfect for a family with kids, A spacious back yard, under cover area where you can sit and mingle, perfect kitchen and lounge area. The bedrooms were just perfect, pillows and linen provided :) Toys for children to play with, DVDs to watch and even beach accessories to use. Which meant, we didn't have to over pack the car from home. Cleanliness 10/10, Communication 10/10 Maureen Was just lovely to speak with, I felt I was treated like a family member rather than just a number. Maureen and Peter, Thank you for making our stay memorable, and comfortable. This little unit is definitely a "Home away from Home", and we will without a doubt be back. Mariana + Family :)

My family and I LOVED this property. I am a bit of a clean freak and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was TOTALLY CLEAN - not even any dust. The 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms served our family well, the rooms were a decent size and all rooms had a wardrobe. The kitchen was fantastic - well stocked - even with children's crockery/cutlery. The fridge even had some condiments which was a nice touch. We forgot the kids peanut butter - there was even a bottle of peanut butter in the cabinet, thank you! There were plenty of games, toys, DVD's for the kids and a smart TV - so we could log on to our Netflix/Disney accounts (though we weren't in the unit for very long as we were busy exploring!) The window shutters were fantastic - we all slept in! Thanks to Maureen for being flexible with our check-out time when we forgot about daylight savings! Small touches that make travelling with a young family easier - eg. laundry powder, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, serviettes, antibacterial wipes were provided etc Reasonably priced and in a great location - 700mtrs from the hustle and bustle of Thompson Avenue (the main street in Cowes filled with wonderful shops and restaurants). The kids loved the little playground and the pool. The ONLY concern I had was the amount of duck poo around the pool (and some in the pool) as we had to avoid a fair amount of it. Unfortunately it was a public hol and noone could clean it. NOT the hosts fault of course!
