Create savory meals in the high-end fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar with bar seating for 4 before you head out to explore. Gather the whole family together after a nonstop day for a sit-down meal at the formal dining table with seating for up to 10. Through the sliding glass doors, you have access to the second-floor balcony, where adults can enjoy a drink with an incredible view while kids can challenge each other to a game of foosball. Across the hall, the movie theater experience has been brought to your own home in the private home theater. Sit back and recline on one of the 10 leather reclining chairs and play a classic family movie on the projector screen. The theater also has a wet bar and microwave so don't forget to pop some popcorn and grab a drink before the movie starts!

After your day, retreat to one of the 6 elegant master suites, all having a king-size bed, luxury ensuite bathroom. Kids will have a blast choosing which kids room to sleep in as both will wow them! Kids will sail the seas searching for treasure in the pirate-themed room, featuring a custom-built pirate ship bunk bed. For those who want to be under the sea instead of sailing it, the custom mermaid room is the one for them. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
