Tarn Landing is a newer complex with a modern design, high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and two Common hot tubs. Easy access to I-70, restaurants, grocery store, Wal-Mart; the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is just minutes away.
Frisco is located in the Heart of Ski Country.
*Seven miles to Copper Mountain
*Nine miles to Breckenridge
*Nine miles to Keystone and 15 miles to Arapahoe Basin
*About one-half hour drive to Vail and Beaver Creek
*The Free Summit Stage bus will take you to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone and A-Basin. The stop is only a half block away
The Frisco Nordic Center is only five minutes away, which has 46 kilometers of groomed Cross Country Ski trails for all abilities and trails for snowshoes.
Tarn Landing is right next to Summit County's extensive system of paved bike trails. There is also great mountain biking and hiking in the area.

Beautiful property the master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and TV/DVD. The second bedroom/loft has a private bathroom, and a queen bed and queen futon. There is also a full size pull out coach. Ultimately this wonderfully appointed property.

Pet are allowed with owner approval they are $50 a day and $49 for insurance

Frisco condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo itself was fine. It was clean and in a good location for us. Only one downside, we were there during an overnight snowstorm, so it was very bright outside from ambient light. No window coverings upstairs in the loft and minimal coverings in the main bedroom made it hard to sleep due to how bright it was outside. Parking was a bit confusing. RMRM App said 2 parking spaces but email correspondence with management company indicated there was only one space. When I asked the management company where we could park our second car, we got no response. After some digging on the City of Frisco website, we found some options close to Main Street and the kayak lot on the far side of town.

Best place to stay in Colorado!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed almost a week in a 2 bedroom apartment with Rocky Mountain Resort and we loved it very tranquil traditional decor team that makes you part of the mountains .also very convenient for walking distance to the market places.The best of all the view was a beautiful !Definitely it’s a place to come back.

In freezing weather, the unit had no heat. It overlooks a huge gas station brightly lit at night

After multiple emails to the manager, who refused to address the lack of heating in the unit, in the late evening we called the short term rental hotline located on the fridge. The interior temperature remained in the low 50s for about 6 hours and dropping as outside temperatures dipped into the low teens. The hotline staffer asked whether we had contacted the police or fire department for help, which ultimately we did. Finally, the property manager sent a maintenance staffer who brought space heaters and confirmed the thermostat was inoperable, which he replaced the following day. The property manager's emails were rude, contained childish insults and revealed a "blame the customer" rather than problem-solving approach to business. We paid over $500 per night to rent the place; heat was an essential in freezing weather, not an amenity. The condo was otherwise comfortable with a nice layout but overlooks a massive gas station that is brightly lit all night, making sleep difficult.

Nice condo but not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo and layout and furnishings were fine. However the tile floors were not clean. I mopped the tile and the water was brown after rinsing mop. Top of refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Windows were dirty. Wine glasses hanging by stove had residue from cooking.

Spacious and great location

Loved the property. 3 full bathrooms was great for getting ready quick. Location was central to all the areas we wanted to ski. Frisco downtown was super close and fun. Would definitely stay here again if it’s open.
