Location was great for price, and wouldve overall been a very pleasant experience if the place had been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived, although the place was tidy it was quite dusty and the verandah was covered in bird poop

Well presented and wonderfully clean property which suited my small family to a tee with its location being close to everything you could ask for in a family holiday.
Despite the unit being in an apartment block, we loved the access, layput, natural light, airiness and comfy beds. Ideally situated between noosaville and Hastings street, it was easy to walk everywhere- a minutes walk to watch the sunset over the river every night.

The property was perfectly placed and convenient.
The building itself obviously very tired as was part of the accomodation.
We wouldn’t choose to stay there for a longer time.
In tidying up to leave the property, as is my habit I placed the used towels and linen in the bath. This revealed that the mattress protector had large stains. I assure you that neither me or my husband neither wet the bed nor had beverages in bed.

Thank you for your feedback, we sincerely apologize for the mattress protector and have spoken with our cleaners, this has been removed and new one in it's place.
Overall a lovely property. It was a shame there was building going on next door right next to the bedrooms, so no sleep past 7am but the beds were very comfortable 🙂 The internet didn’t work, which was a bit disappointing. The only other hiccup was the parking. There was a carport that another resident had taken over & the lockup garage was full, so we couldn’t use it, so we parked out o the street & got a $100 fine! We went straight to the property manager Penny, & she sorted it for us, so we ended up being able to use the lockup garage rest of our stay but it was a very tight squeeze to use it.
Great location. Very good value for $. Suited our family of 4. Comfy beds and good quality linens.
After our initial discovery apartment hadn’t been cleaned, agent was onto it and within an hour apartment had been cleaned. Quiet location. Only downside was being overlooked by apartments next door. Had to close blinds every time we used bathroom and toilets. Construction happening next door which is in infancy stage. Many months more to go with early wake ups from banging etc. This ensured we were up early for beach, walks and swim.
