Spend your vacation in a beautiful, spacious tropically landscaped villa. The Villa has a private patio with a pond view. You will enjoy sun bathing on the deck of the private community pool.

The Villa features a master bedroom with a king bed and master bath. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds. The living room has a flat screen T.V and a view of the private patio and pond. The kitchen is fully equipped. The patio has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and also has a BBQ.

The villa is available with a 2 month minimum.

This vacation home is just 'off island' and you can be on Anna Maria Island beaches in roughly 10 minutes - depending on traffic. The property is close (within a 5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, movie theaters, golf courses, bowling alleys, etc. This vacation home offers everything for that well deserved tropical getaway.

Great winter home!

Highly recommended this property. Property is very clean and well maintained and the condo itself is articulately decorated. Furniture, including beds, are very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Basically, you need to bring nothing except whatever clothing you may need. The property sits off the main street and is very quiet but close to all the shopping you could possibly need. Lots to do and access to the beaches of Anna Maria only a short drive. Again, highly recommend.

Lovely, serene villa

We spent a week in this lovely home this past September. The villa sits on a corner lot in a quaint, quiet neighborhood with a pond and a pool. The interior is very spacious, welcoming and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. All furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we felt completely at home. The neighborhood pool felt like our own private pool; it is located right across the street from the villa and during our entire stay, we were the only people utilizing it. The pristine, peaceful beaches of Anna Maria Island are just a few miles away from the villa and we spent almost every morning exploring them.

A wonderful experience in Bradenton

We rented this property for three months taking the opportunity of working remotely during the covid pandemic to escape the cold winter months of our home state up north. For us is a decision we have come to cherish. This home is located in a zone which is close to wonderful beaches, nature walks, restaurants, supermarkets and many other attractions, yet excluded from the traffic that sometimes affects the Bradenton area. The property itself is quite comfortable, with two independent bedrooms and bathrooms, ample kitchen plus dinning and living rooms. There is also a very convenient office space, garage and terrace. The community pool is literally steps away from the front door. We found the house to be exceptionally well kept, clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything anyone would need during a prolonged stay. More than a rented space this house felt immediately like a home to us and our little infant son. The neighborhood is safe and clean, its residents helpful and friendly. The property owner is very responsive and tremendously hospitable. We really cant recommend this home enough and can’t wait to return as soon as we can.

Good location

The property was decorated well and in excellent condition -- there were several minor issues that we encountered -- storage space for food was limited because the cupboards were filled with kitchen items -- there were problems with the community pool -- some seniors might find the living room furniture a bit uncomfortable

The kitchen is not overloaded and is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. There was a problem with the community pool heater, but it was repaired. Thank you for staying with us!

Beautiful villa

Great place and location, very convenient to groceries, restaurants and all the activities we endeavored!!! Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Loved having washer/dryer in the condo, we really enjoyed the spacious living room for relaxation and cooling off after a full day in the sun. The owners were very thoughtful giving us a list of things to do and recommendations to great restaurants. We definitely will rent again and highly recommend it!!

Palm Breeze Villa

We spent our winter in this villa. Everything you could possibly need is here. Pots and pans are top notch, making cooking a breeze. King bed is extremely comfortable. We were only 5 - 10 minutes away from all our needs (beaches, restaurants, shopping and groceries). The villa complex is very quiet and the pool was always clean and virtually our own to use. Our manager was quick to respond and help us with any questions we had. Would definitely rent this villa again. It is wonderful.

Thanksgiving family trip

We spend last thanksgiving in this beautiful decorated home. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a true thanksgiving feast. Due to the close proximity to Ana-Maria Island we used the bikes to visit the great beaches and to watch the astonishing sunsets all these days. The owners, Helmut and Christiane were most accommodating and easy to work with when booking this vacation. We only can recommend this place and if we plan another trip to Ana-Maria we will check for availability there first!

Beautiful Villa

This villa is beautifully decorated! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. My family of four stayed there and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The villa was super clean. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
