Aqua Beachfront enjoys direct beach access as well as breathtaking views of the beach and the Gerroa headland. The house has been designed to take advantage of its location, presenting a seamless flow from the indoors to the out. It boasts fantastic views from the bedrooms, the modern kitchen, the open plan living/dining area and both decks.

Aqua beachfront has pay TV and DVD player, R/C split system air conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans upstairs, 2 elephant showers and a bath. There is a fully appointed kitchen complete with granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and 900mm oven.

Bedroom configuration - 3 queen bedrooms

The house is NOT pet friendly.

Parking for three cars in the driveway (not undercover).

Culburra clever home

I had a two week stay at Aqua Beachfront in March/April 2022. The home is cleverly designed and comfortable. Its position on the beach is ideal, with views north along the beach. The weather was wet and wild, so I tended to stay indoors. Well laid out kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms with beach-through-the-trees views. I would have liked better/ more overhead lights - (quite dark in bathrooms) and more comfortable (newer) furniture esp sofa. Owners were quick to respond to minor questions, such as tech glitch - much appreciated. Would recommend a stay.

Perfect Beach Holiday

What a way to spend a few days to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and location, with direct access to the beach, ocean views from majority of the rooms, a great yard for the kids to play while we were able to enjoy the ocean views, and the house was lovely and as described. So impressed we will be back!

Fantastic Weekend Away

We travelled the short journey down for a weekend away. This house was excellent and we loved Culburra. The house was very clean and had stunning beachfront views with a large backyard to enjoy them from. I loved hearing the waves at night! There is also a path from the backyard straight to the beach (about a 1 minute walk). Great house and great location.
