All of our homes are fitted with commercial accommodation standard beds; however, we do understand that mattress comfort can be a very personal preference and what suits one guest may not suit another. Although relocating guests due to mattress preference is not standard practice, our team went out of our way to assist by arranging for you to move to another property in an effort to ensure your stay was more comfortable. For this reason, we were disappointed to see a lower rating left without any accompanying comments, particularly as we did our best to assist and resolve the matter during your stay. Whilst we understand that review platforms are an open forum for guests to share their experiences, leaving ratings without any explanation can have a damaging effect on small, locally run family businesses. We always welcome true constructive feedback and appreciate when guests provide context so that both we and future travellers can better understand their experience.
