Gateway Villa is a stylish and comfortable home located in the modern suburb of The Heights, Durack, in Palmerston, NT. Featuring 3 bedrooms plus a study and two bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option to host a 7th guest using an extra bed (additional fee applies). The extra single folding bed will be set up in the study room if required.

Perfectly suited for executives, corporate travellers, families, or contractors, the villa offers a convenient location close to Gateway Shopping Centre and Palmerston Regional Hospital, making it ideal for both work and leisure stays in the Top End.

Bedroom Configuration
All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and are fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

A cot and high chair are available on request for an additional $50 per stay, which covers linen and housekeeping costs

Amazing home away from home with great location, peaceful area and great communication with the host. The villa has so much to offer and everything you need is available, especially when you're hiking and are limited with what you can bring with you. Check in was very easy especially at 3am. As soon as I opened the door the unit looked very inviting. The nine nights we spent in the unit were very comfortable,it is in an excellent position for sight seeing and shopping would stay there again

Fabulous property in Durack

The property was spacious, clean and well presented.The rooms were a pleasant temperature with the split systems and ceiling fans . We enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to Gateway shopping centre and also a 20 minute walk to visit our family who recide in Durack. We would definitely recommend this house to stay. We would have no hesitation booking this property again. Thank you.

Perfect

Great location and communication with host - had lots of family arriving from interstate and needed extra beds - was a much better option than a hotel - space to sit and watch tv take a break in the intense heat, close to Gateway and access to the Stuart highway and Tiger Brennan to slip in and explore the city and coast line or adventure a little further out of town. Thank you!

Homely & convenient

We had a great experience overall. (mainly night stays & breakfast). We were kept informed pre check in and check out. Property was clean and had all essentials and loved air conditioning and fans in every room. Watched Netflix one night. Entry through sliding doors was bit awkward due to the way blinds are installed but nothing troublesome. We loved how they provided Bosch washer & dryer (unfortunately previous visitors didn't take care to remove coins and hairpins that all clogged up washer filter). Being Melbourne residents we found Darwin weather bit challenging but not horribly hot in April. Would definitely stay again if we visit Darwin again.

This is our second stay in the property, although 8 years apart. The property is well situated and is close to shops, Darwin and beyond. The host is responsive to all questions before and during the stay and made check in very easy. Would look to stay here again.

Great accommodation

Robbie’s place was exactly as depicted online. It was clean and comfortable with everything needed by the holidaymaker. The air conditioners in every room would be a blessing in hot weather. The location, while out of Darwin city, meant a shorter drive to Litchfield, Berry Springs etc, however this is no problem if you have your own transport.

NT group trip

We always travel in a group so it’s easier and more enjoyable and cheaper hiring a house where you have your homely comforts after a long tour day , we hired a car done our day trips from this house it was close to shops and the pub up the road cooks an awesome dinner , plenty of room with 3 comfortable king beds and these guys had all the basics , tea coffee salt pepper washing powder shampoo ect to get us started , would definitely stay again , thanks

Great communication from Day 1, easy access to property. Clean and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry (washing powder being provided was a nice touch) Ample A/C which was great for us Southerners unused to the heat. Can recommend without reservation.

The home was just beautiful, clean and functional. A very homely place . Beautiful canvas all throughout the house and amazing taste for colour and decor. A great place for a family or just adults as we were.
