• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas cooktop, quality utensils, and a coffee maker with complimentary pods.
• Bathroom: Modern and clean, with all bed linen, blankets, pillows, and bath towels provided.
• Family Friendly: Comfortably accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). A port-a-cot or additional airbed is available free of charge upon request.

• Water & Nature: 2 minutes to Tuggerah Lake for fishing and kayaking. Less than 10 minutes to stunning beaches like Budgewoi, Soldiers, and Norah Head.
• Day Trips: 15 minutes to The Entrance, 10 minutes to championship golf courses, and under an hour to the Hunter Valley or Newcastle.

Guest Access & Interaction
You will have your own private entrance via the side of the house. While the apartment is completely private, it is part of the ground floor of our 3-storey home. We are happy to share local tips and favorite spots, or we can leave you to enjoy your privacy.
Parking: Plenty of off-street parking is available.
