Superb and spacious Provencal villa (200 m2) located on the heights of Cavalaire, in a quiet, leafy residence. Private swimming pool 10X5m, superb view, spacious and functional kitchen, large shaded terrace for meals, bright living room, WIFI.
Ideally designed for families or friends: on the ground floor 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning and open onto a terrace
Private parking for 2 vehicles. Possibility to park other vehicles in the street of the residence.
5 mins by car from the beach and shops road, 20 mins from Saint-Tropez
Holidaymakers will be welcomed at any time by our new manager, M. Simon Wrigley, bilingual French / English, who lives in Cavalaire all year round and knows the villa and the region perfectly. He can assist them if necessary during their entire stay.

Vue époustouflante. La villa est tout à fait comme sur les photos : spacieuse, bien conçue avec ses coins nuit climatisés bien séparés du reste et sa grande terrasse couverte. Tous équipements en bon état. Les + : 1) grande piscine située devant la salle et la terrasse permettant de surveiller les enfants en permanence 2) douche extérieure chauffée 3) propriétaire et gestionnaire à l'écoute et très réactifs Franchement, allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Une maison de rêve pour de superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette grande maison très confortable et très bien équipée. Beaucoup d'espace, des chambres spacieuses et climatisées, une grande cuisine avec un réfrigérateur américain ont rendu notre séjour extrêmement agréable. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement bien. La piscine était également très bien entretenue et la grande terrasse permet de prendre ses repas à l'abris du soleil. Sans oublier la vue splendide qui embrasse toute la baie de Cavalaire et dont on ne se lasse jamais. Nous avons également été très bien reçus par la personne qui nous a remis les clefs. Bref, une maison sans défauts que je recommande très vivement.

Very nice villa for relaxing holidays with your family and friends

We spent one week in early July 2017 (2 families with kids) in this very charming property. The view is amazing, the house is big and well proportioned, and the pool area has the ideal safety features for kids. We really enjoyed the time spent there, and definitely recommend it for people looking for relaxing and quiet holidays. All facilities (bakery, grocery shopping) are available at the centre of Cavalaire, less than 8 minutes away by car. It takes a 7 minutes car ride to the beach of Bonporteau. It is rather small but very beautiful, and you can find free parking spots easily at this time of the year.

magnificent panorama, perfect calm, well equipped kitchen

We spent one week in July 2016. 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7 years old). We are fully satisfied of our stay and warmly recommend this villa. No negative points. The best 3 points: -the view you will love every day of your stay and remember after, -the calm, -the perfectly equipped kitchen,

On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la baie, la piscine est très agréable avec son solarium . La terrasse est parfaite. Avons passé un séjour en famille en zen attitude. La villa est juste parfaite , bien entretenue , la cuisine bien équipée avec sa cave à vin Peut être voir pour la climatisation des chambres la famille D

Panorama exceptionnel sur la baie de Cavalaire....

La villa était juste magnifique , bien équipée et que dire de la vue du matin au soir depuis la terrasse/patio couverte qui nous a permis de vivre en extérieur. Nous étions trois familles et les 11 couchages annoncés étaient au Rdv. La piscine ensoleillée était bien évidemment incontournable pour ce type de location, ne vous en privez pas !!! L'envie d'y retourner est présente qui sait ...... Eric

Exceptionnel !

Cette villa est magnifique et spacieuse et dans un environnement calme. Elle est aménagée avec goût et rien ne manque pour passer de superbes moments sous le soleil de la Côte d'Azur. Et que dire de la vue exceptionnelle !!!!! Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse principale bien abritée du soleil et du vent ..... Un vrai bonheur ! Nous y reviendrons c'est sure ...

Une villa idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis : beaucoup d'espace pour ne pas se gêner, coins nuit bien séparés de l'espace de vie, nombre de pièces d'eau parfait. Coté extérieur : la terrasse est très spacieuse, constamment abrité du soleil et du vent, ce qui permet de prendre tous les repas de la journée à l'abri tout en contemplant la vue qui s'étend du cap Lardier jusqu'à l'île du Levant. Juste envie de revenir...

Séjour fabuleux

Très belle villa située sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire, la vue de la terrasse est un enchantement. La villa est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. A noter, la piscine est très bien sécurisée pour les enfants! Ce séjour entre amies fut du pur bonheur! Une très belle adresse à retenir.
