Stay in this modern home situated in the heart of Apollo Bay

Seamist Cottage was built in 2015 and is a modern, one bedroom house centrally located in Apollo Bay, one block back from the Great Ocean Road. It is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, cafes and shops and one minute to the beach.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, oven, microwave and fridge. There is a north facing deck that captures all day sunshine and a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The cottage has air-conditioning/heating, internet access, off-street parking, en-suite bathroom with double shower plus washing machine.

* Dogs are welcome to stay and can go inside. Garden is fully fenced. Please tell me about your dog in your enquiry. No extra charge. Cats not permitted to stay.

The cottage is cleaned by the host to a high standard.

Our region has experienced much higher than average rainfall this winter and everywhere is very wet. The cottage comes supplied with old clean towels for helping with sandy/muddy paws when dogs are guests at Seamist.

Great little house for a weekend break

We had a lovely weekend at the cottage which was small but very comfortable. Our dog loved the grassy, secure garden and the location is a short walk to town or beach.

What a great weekend

Beautifully appointed cozy cottage, ideally setup amd located for a couple with a pet, we had our dog with us who enjoyed her stay immensely. With the beach only a few minutes walk away, it really couldn’t have been better.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Jane the host provided excellent communication before our stay and was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to shops and beach. Perfect yard for our pup to play in. Will definitely be staying again soon!

Fantastic location close to everything. Our dogs enjoyed the trip as much as we did. We loved that we could hear the ocean during the night (with the window slightly open). Thanks to Jane for an easy and pleasant stay.

I live in Apollo Bay with my husband and children. We live, work and go to school in our town and greatly support and get involved in our local community.

Why they chose this property

Apollo Bay is a wonderful place to live and to visit and we are happy to own a cottage that we can use as holiday accommodation. It's location appealed to us as it is very central in the township.

In addition to all the other reasons to stay, as the host I can assure you that I clean the cottage to a high standard.
All sheets and towels are laundered by a professional laundry service so are washed at high temperatures.
Duvet covers and tea towels are home laundered separately at high temperatures.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is central to Apollo Bay with just 2 minutes to the shops and beach. Guests can leave their car at the cottage and explore the township and the beach on foot.
Dogs are welcome to stay with prior notification and the secure yard is ideal for them.
