Beautiful Beachfront Palm Beach Style House

This beautiful Palm Beach Style house sits above a Marine Sanctuary on North Rosedale Beach. 50 metre walk from the garden directly onto the beach and lagoon.

Whether you want to spend long lazy days reading on the deck overlooking the beach or enjoying the surf, snorkeling out to Jimmy's Island, amble along the often deserted beach, for a romantic weekend away or an extended family holiday, this house has it all.

With many personal touches it is perched in the trees above the beach, with floor to ceiling glass bi-fold doors and high cathedral ceiling opening onto wide decks.

Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including dishwasher & microwave.
BBQ in outside courtyard.
3 bedrooms upstairs, consisting of 2 x queen beds and 1 x 2 single beds. Large luxurious bathroom with fabulous bath & separate shower.

Downstairs is a large built in bunk room with 4 full sized galley style bunks opening onto a terrific TV/Play room leading onto the lower deck, garden and beach.
Large laundry/bathroom next to bunk room.

The surrounding beaches are often deserted except for the abundant bird life and occasional rambler, and are safe for surfing and ocean swimming. The area is famous for its bushwalking, fishing and laid back old-fashioned beach atmosphere.
The wonderful Mogo Zoo is only a short drive away.

Rosedale is 5 minutes to local shops for all your necessities, Moruya Airport is 20kms away and has daily flights to Sydney .
Supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, Mogo Zoo, golf courses & horse riding are only 20 minutes away.

Some of the activities are surfing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, bush walking, golf, horse riding and relaxing with a book.

Fab beach house

Luxurious accommodation with old world beach house atmosphere. The house, which is an attraction in itself, is on a steep block with stairs but it doesn’t take long to get your sea legs.

Can't beat that stunning view

We stayed over Christmas with an extended family group. There was heaps of room with two very large indoor living spaces, and an unbeatable view through the bush to the beach from the huge deck. The easy walk down through the trees to the beach was well-used.

The location of this house is excellent! Beautiful views of the beach and easy access. The owner was helpful & easy to reach. Check in and out was hassle free. House was tidy, cosy and had all the things we needed. Only thing to note is that the parking space is actually very tricky to get in and out of so just be prepared for that - luckily there is also space on the street for parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 😊

Gracious living by the sea

I highly recommend this spacious charming home, full of light and with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The house is fully equipped for outdoor and indoor dining and relaxing on comfortable armchairs, sofas and chaise lounges. The two sitting rooms are generously proportioned with cathedral ceilings and open onto wrap around verandas.

Treetops hideaway

We loved the location of this beautiful home, nestled amongst trees, with views to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a multi generation adult family group. Two living spaces were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable, and artwork made it feel quite luxurious. Enough parking for our two cars. We’ll be back.

Comfortable and cosy stay close to beach

We came to stay here with another family. We were both a family of 4 with two kids each. Clean, spacious, quiet, peaceful. Plenty of room for all of us. The bunk beds downstairs were a hit with the kids. The fireplace was a welcome feature as autumn sets in. Plenty of logs in a basket outside. The upstairs living room was extremely comfortable with an awesome view out to the beautiful trees and beach further down. Downstairs living room was a great place for the kids to play and watch the numerous videos to choose from. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. The outdoor shower came in handy for sandy feet from the beach! A few pointers/suggestions, and by no means are these huge problems... Linen that is supplied upon request could be better organised by having the beds made, this would have been appreciated after a long drive from Sydney. Kitchen could have a few more basic condiments supplied like tea/coffee, tomato sauce etc. All in all a very comfortable stay and we will be back. Thanks!

Amazing

Rosedale Beach Paradise was the perfect retreat for a long weekend away. The house is enourmous with distinct living areas upstairs and downstairs. The deck is fantastic when the sun is out but the floor to ceiling windows in the main lounge mean even if the weather is off the atmosphere is still great. Beach is just out the back door. Bunk room downstairs is a really great setup and we had a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to the next visit.

The beach house of my dreams

My family had such a wonderful stay over the week of Christmas . Our stay was just perfect and the home so well presented, with everything we needed to host a perfect Christmas lunch on the beautiful deck overlooking the beach. I do hope that one day others get to experience what we did at this beautiful home nestled among the trees overlooking the beach. We decided this was the best home at Rosedale beach to stay at. With wide verandas, a little track to the beach, gorgeous views and plenty of comfortable couches, board games and reading nooks, we had a perfect week at the beach. We have been staying in Rosedale for the last 5 years and have stayed in accommodation at both ends of the beach and this place is by far the best house we have stayed in This house has a great layout that has room for everyone to unwind and relax. The sliding doors to the deck allow you to completely open up the living area and the deck making one enormous room so that adults and kids can relax and not be under each others feet and the additional room downstairs allows the kids their own space when they want it. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped and the house has a charm and feel that I have not experienced elsewhere and one that exudes calmness. Evening meals on the deck over looking the beach are truly amazing. Access to the beach is great and if you have smaller children the North end of Rosedale is a little more protected and a little safer than the southern end and this place is more favoured to the North end. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly and while our previous stays and rentals in Rosedale were great, this place really does take the cake. It usually books out early as I have been trying to get this place for the last 3 years so you have probably got to book early but after finally getting an opening to rent it I will be booking early every year as its a bit like flying Business class - its hard to go back to coach !!
