About lorraine spencer
I am a mature aged artist who lives in Western Australia and I purchased the Denmark house to eventually retire to. The house is happy, bright and in a quiet location with trees, birds and natural environs. Idyllic retreat for retirement. There is a small studio/reading area where those with artistic urge can do some drawing or painting etc.
lorraine spencer purchased this House in 2014
Why lorraine spencer chose Denmark
Denmark is a wonderful peaceful place and I have visited it many times over the years on annual holidays. My parents have also retired to Denmark and have found the people of the area to be very inviting and friendly. I love the ocean the house is not too far from the beach or the Inlet and I can hear the ocean surf roar at night and see the water from the Inlet from my balcony through the trees. Birds are everywhere and its a joy to be there.
What makes this House unique
Birds are constant visitors to the property due to the trees and bush around the house, the quiet locality is restful. The house has Inlet/River glimpses through the trees from the balcony and deck areas. The house is light filled having large sky lights that traverse the ceiling from south to north. The house is located a few hundred metres to the Bibblumun track. This house will appeal to those that like nature and want a quiet retreat that is a quick drive to either the town, river and ocean.
