Accommodating up to 12 people, this self-contained large country house offers a great venue for getting together. Note all guests staying must be booked and paid for unless a whole of house rate is negotiated.

Just a 5 min walk to all town shops. Peppermint Blue House and gardens are large and spacious, providing for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway.

Features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms - 1 ensuite with a spa bath, 3 queen bed rooms, 1 room with 2 single beds and a 4 bunk bedroom. The house has two lounge areas each with wood heater, split system air conditioners/heaters and TVs (one smart) and DVD player. There is a hifi system. An HDMI and AUX cable supplied allows you to view and listen your own media. Some DVDs, magazines and board games are provided.

Situated on two thirds of an acre of garden there is also a BBQ in a rotunda.

Trentham is located just one hour’s drive north west of Melbourne, or half an hour's drive from Melbourne's International airport on the plateau of the great divide. Trentham is a foodie lovers haven with great cafes, restaurants and markets. Explore the acclaimed Annie Smithers restaurant or the Red Beard Bakery. Regular nearby markets sell fresh local produce, antiques, crafts, homewares and clothes. Local farms allow pick your own experiences and other farm produce. Enjoy the pretty bush of the Wombat State Forest where birdlife abounds or take a picnic at the nearby Trentham falls. Play on the fabulous Trentham country golf course only 2 mins drive away. Take a longer drive around the district to pamper yourself at Hepburn Springs spa complex or indulge in fine dining at nearby wineries. Or hand made chocolates on the road to Guildford. For train lovers there is a great historic train ride form Daylesford to Bullarto and superb historic cool climate gardens to explore in nearby Macedon, Ascot, Blackwood, Daylesford, and Creswick.

We had a fantastic stay at Peppermint Blue house. It was a great location only a short walk from the Main Street. The easy process of checking in and out was great and Patrick was a fantastic host who provided all necessary information before arrival.
