Bayview at Cowan
Great 3-bedroom, double story house which overlooks the beach and Moreton Bay. Two living areas which is perfect for 2 families.
It is hard not to move off this luxury outdoor living set up, with day beds, BBQ and beautiful beach breeze.
A spacious kitchen which opens up onto the deck has a full-size fridge and a freezer for all your cooking needs. The perfect house to entertain your family and friends.
You can also take advantage of the comfortable lounge area with a fireplace for those relaxing winter days/nights in
This beach house accommodates up to 8 guests.
HOUSE LAYOUT:
Upstairs is the main kitchen and lounge room with fireplace and huge deck. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 x single beds and main bathroom.
Downstairs is another lounge area with a single bed, bedroom with a queen and a single bed, kitchenette and another shower and separate toilet. There is also a laundry area with a deep freezer.
Outside there is a fish cleaning table, outdoor shower and undercover parking.
This really is one of the best houses in Cowan with easy access to the beach, boat ramp and amazing views.

The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items. As this property is self-catering you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay.
