About this property

This holiday beach house is very basic, but has all the essentials you will need. If you like being at one with nature and having a peaceful, natural break or even stay for a longer time. There are no bitumen roads on the island except for sand, so you will need a 4wd or arrangements can be made for you to be picked up and taken back to the barge. It is a 30 second walk to a wonderful, beautiful beach through an open track, and a 5 minute walk to the only shop at Bulwer Castaways.
This beach house is very simple, but easy, and great for families.

For guests after 4 people, it is $20 per head per night.

Please leave keys back on the hook where found and close all doors and screens. Push up bolt on outside right screen. Remove all rubbish.

Leave as found thank you . Shut the gates.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The advertised rates are for up to 6 persons including children, an added charge of $20 per person per night.

Security Deposit $300.00 AUD fully refundable within 7days of vacating if all property exit conditions are met.
