The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing in both design and appointments. I think everything you want would be found in it. By far the best appointed kitchen l have come across. Weather was beautiful so a pity the pool wasn't heated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house and in Echuca.

We love staying at the Francess retreat it was just beautiful the pool and the outdoor area with fan

The only complaint I have for this house was the oven was dirty and also when you had a shower in the second bathroom it was flooding so that What is very disappointing but overall it was a fantastic day

Nice weekend in a nice Victoria country town

My husband and I really liked the house, very clean and well set up. We had a dog and it was very secure. I was working on the Monday and Tuesday at the hospital so it was a perfect location. The town close by, river close by. We hadn't been to Echuca for years and it is a lovely town with lots to do.

This property was excellent for our family of 6 adults, 1child and 2 infants. The kitchen is especially large and ideal for several people working in it at the same time. Bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. There are three TVs and 3 living areas so loads of room for everyone. Management responded quickly and cheerfully to our queries. Highly recommended large house in quiet location.

WOW what a house, we stayed for 2 week and loved every minute of it. The house had everything and we didn't need to rush to the supermarket. All beds were very comfortable, the pool was amazing. The furniture was great, nothing was needed. Kye was excellent he welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the house, nothing was too much trouble. We will be back as soon as we can.

House was perfect for our needs. We were adults but the house is a perfect set-up for families with two living spaces and a great backyard. Kye was friendly providing us with a house tour upon arrival. Yes the house is within walking distance and is about a 20minute walk to beachworth bakery. Would return back to this property and would recommend it also. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Fantastic for me, my husband and my two boofy dogs

Beautifully renovated house in Echuca, in a lovely street, close to everything. Kye met us there and took us through everything, then left us to it. We dined out a lot of course, but we also cooked a couple of meals in the really well appointed kitchen. Can't recommend it highly enough and if you have dogs, you will have peace of mind with the well fenced garden.

Lovely Stay at Francis Retreat

We had a lovely stay at Francis Retreat. The house is a 2min drive into the centre of town however Supermarkets etc. are walking distance - great location. The property itself is fantastic and everything was brand new and extremely clean. I loved the kitchen which we used a lot due to the poor weather during our stay. The open plan living space was great but I particularly liked the 3 living spaces. Although we were just a family of four, this would come in handy for larger groups with older kids. The master bedroom is lovely and spacious, and the other bedrooms are large as well. The attention to detail e.g. a drawer of kids cutlery, high chair, portacot was appreciated. This would be a wonderful house for a group of adults as well. The outdoor area is also great and I would love to visit again in the summer. The communication between the agent was fantastic and it was great to have someone meet us and show us the property on arrival. Kye also answered all of my questions about the property very promptly and was very accommodating. Great property, would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Property!

Our party of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Francis Retreat - the house itself was lovely and clean and beautifully decorated and we loved the open plan living space with the stunning new kitchen! The house is in a fantastic location and is in easy walking distance to the centre of town. We also loved the off street parking with the security of the automatic gates. We absolutely loved staying here and we look forward to holidaying here again in the warmer months to make use of the beautiful pool and outdoor area!
