Well Trained dogs very welcome.
Very safe, fully fenced back yard is perfect for your furry friend.
Please provide a bed for your dog as they are not allowed on any furniture.
Perfect for singles or couples, (small children ok) the ground floor studio is located in a very quiet part of Golden Beach, a great place to holiday on the Sunshine Coast – 3 mins walk to the quiet waters of the Pumistone Passage.

Guest Access
The studio is located on the ground floor of a residential house, not an apartment building, but is completely independent with its own entrance. Parking is conveniently located at the front door. There are no steps.
Interaction with Guests
Host will meet guests on arrival and will be available during business hours for general phone calls. Emergencies 24 hours a day

3 minutes walk to the water, 500 metres to Chill Cafe overlooking the Pumistone Passage, 500 metres to our local shopping centre including IGA supermarket, Cafe Sicily, The Real Grocer, Chill cafe and pizza/Asian restaurants, 2 kms to Pelican Waters Shopping Centre which includes Coles, Woolworths and a tavern, 4 kms to central Caloundra (via boardwalk) and 5kms to surf beach (Kings Beach) – and only 250 metres to the Power Boat Club, a licensed club with beachside dining

Pet friendly stay by the beach

Perfection in Every Way

My partner and I stayed with our dog for a much needed beach break. Louise was a gracious host and has created a luxurious and comfortable apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed invluding tea, condimens and complimentary fruit bowl. We had use of the backyard with its lovely garden which we enjoyed with our dog. Positioned close to the beach and local cafes, this place was perfect for us.

Fantastic

Great studio accommodation with everything needed for our perfect 4 week stay. Our dog loved the large backyard and walks along the beach front. Short walk to some great eating places with Cafe Sisily and IGA being our favourites. Would recommend this property for a truly unforgettable stay with super great hosts.

The Perfect Spot at Golden Beach

Louise and Tony made us and our dog feel very welcome at their beautiful studio apt. It was very classy and comfortable, with everything we needed (including a large washer after a long road trip) and a lovely garden we all enjoyed including the fairy lights at night. The location is perfect, a short walk to the waterfront path, shops and cafes in Golden Beach. Top marks well deserved!

Peaceful Serenity Paradise in modern luxurious studio

This is an absolute hidden gem close to shops, cafes, restaurants, main beaches in Caloundra and 5 mins to your own beach away from the crowds or beautiful walks for you and the dogs, the owner is warm and welcoming and you get shown through on arrival of this beautiful property. It’s a modern looks newly renovated studio apartment on the ground floor if a two bedroom house it is quiet peaceful and beautiful to sit in the gardens in backyard where you can feel the sea breeze and hear the ocean at night there is a beautiful fairy lights in the back yard that again provides such a beautiful vibe this place has, everything has been though out and well organised to cater to all your needs and if you have any questions is need information Louise is more than happy to help. It is pet friendly and my two chihuas loved the backyard which is safe and fenced off and the walks along the beach pathway 5 mins out the door!!. The place has that beautiful homey warm feel mixed with a luxurious 5 star beach studio apartment I will be coming back when I come to Sunshine Coast and definitely booking in advance as I feel this place will be very popular for sure!!.. thank you for creating and sharing your slice of paradise with me and my two fur babies we enjoyed our stay so much.. Lovely lovely warm friendly hosts highly recommend to single or couples !

Golden hideaway

Louise and Tony are wonderful hosts. They engaged with us with great conversation. Our dog Dusty moved right on in. He was quite fond of Louise and their beautiful gardens. I would recommend those wanting a quiet very comfortable place for a break to stay here. Access to the nearby esplanade and nice cafes is great. The extras provided including soft loo paper made it even better than the norm❤️.

Loved our stay. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Easy access to beach and local dining. The shower was amazing. Aircon to cool the place down on hot days. We felt the place was way better than expectations/advertisement, much bigger and more spacious.
