Holiday apartment with direct access to the garden and the pool. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate wc, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting rooms with doors to a pat io for dining and BBQ. Full laundry facilities. Aircon to all the bedrooms. Tiled floors , well equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The apartment has Wifi facilities and is in a great location to access both the beaches of Cairns and the City Centre.

Margaret Street is a very quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Redlynch Village, which is a 15 minute drive to the Cairns CBD. A short stroll to the local shops, the restaurants and bottle shop at the Red Beret Hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margie’s home!It’s just a quick 15-minute drive from Cairns Airport and close to all the main attractions, shops, and markets. The house had plenty of space for me and my two teenage girls — they loved the pool and having their own rooms. I enjoyed breakfast in the garden each morning, listening to the birds and watching the train go by. Such a peaceful stay!

Great Getaway

The home is very well furnished and decorated with a great holiday vibe. The Airconditioned bedrooms were a godsend. The pool was loved by all of us with many hours spent swimming. The home is well situated.

Not mentioned in the house description via Stayz. House is in a great location to use as a base allowing for day trips if wanted, or local sightseeing for quieter days.

Paradise in FNQ

Utterly delightful home and garden to share with an expert and generous host in Margie. This is a perfect location and an absolute joy for us to spend time here- private, natural and very comfortable. Fantastic Accomodation!

Absolutely loved staying here, it felt like home. The kids spent their afternoons in the pool while we sat back and relaxed. Supermarkets were just around the corner and it was an easy 15 minute drive into cairns. Will be back for sure!

AWESOME LOCATION AND AMENITIES

Margie presented her home beautifully with everything you need. The air-conditioned bedrooms and fans in the living area were very welcome in the tropical heat along with the pool. This is a great location with most of the things we did were close by and The Red Beret and shopping centre were near. It truly was a "home away from home". As it was a busy time in Cairns, I was very lucky to find this place and was so very happy not to be in the city area. Thanks again Margie.

Our flight was delayed by a few hours and communication with Margie was so easy, she greeted us upon arrival to the house. The home was clean, warm and welcoming. Fabulous place to stay

We arrived horrendously late after long flight delays, but Margie made the house really welcoming and easy to access. She also provided a really generous supply of breakfast and snacks so there was no mad rush to the shops in the morning. We were really grateful! The house was really well set up. Everything was really clean and comfortable and there were lots of kitchen provisions. There was a super comfy leather lounge suite (I wasn't sure from the photos and I was really dreading that I'd find an uncomfortable wicker set that we've often had on Qld holidays) and dining area inside, but we spent most of our time outside in the lovely patio area and gardens. Shops, pub, takeaways, supermarket, parks are all nearby but the area is really quiet and pleasant. You see the tourist train at the end of the garden 4 times a day (only) but that adds to the fun. We all looked forward to returning to the house as a pleasant and peaceful retreat from the tourist tracks. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the ample spaces to get away from the parents. Thank you Margie for all the effort you obviously put into this house.

Redlynch family apartment

A very pleasant location in a quiet residential area just outside Cairns - about a 20 min drive from the city centre and its facilities with a hire car. Laundry facilities work well, the kitchen is a little dated, but the apartment has plenty of space and comfortable covered outdoor living area backing out onto the garden, with a pool that is lovely for cooling off in!
