This is our second year at this property and we already have it booked for next year. We LOVE this stay! We have three kids ages 8 to 4 and it just fits our family so well. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Highly recommend this duplex for families or friends that vacation together. Pool and hot tubs and shared spaces were great. Interiors were up to date and clean. Great location near the beach, but on a quiet street. Definitely will rent again if we return to AMI.

The house was nice. The pool was good. The only thing I’d have to say is needed handrails to get in and out of the pool and out of the hot tub we had four women and nobody was under 65 and it was just a little difficult to get up and down the steps in and out of the hot tub. When I text Jen, she got right back with me on a matter we had with the TV and the Internet cables and it worked out really well and she did it in a very timely manner.

This Duplex really was ideal for our family for Christmas! Great pool and hot tubs… kitchen had everything we needed for our Xmas feast and the lounge area by the pool was perfect for our gatherings. The best part was the owner who was very responsive whenever needed, which was rare, but is close by. The location is perfect and very close to a private area of the beach and local restaurants.I highly recommend!!!

Perfect location

Our group of family and friends had an amazing stay! House was perfect for 2 groups. Pool was perfect and all the beach gear made the trip even easier! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay!

Our visit to Anna Maria Island was wonderful ! Our rental was just as described and could not be more perfect for my family. The house is close to the beach and the pool was so relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The location on the island is convenient to the beach access, stores and local restaurants. The pool and Jacuzzi were refreshing and enjoyed playing ping pong! Thank you for providing a relaxing and comfortable place to stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at Jennifer's. She is easy to deal with and the pool and spa is wonderful. The house has a great location and is always clean when we check in.

This was the perfect location for our family. Easy access to beach, a wonderful pool/hot tub. The owner thought of everything one could need for the beach or pool. A bonus was the garage that walks out to pool area equipped with living room area, tv, mini fridge and ping pong table. Our evenings were spent there.Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Great In Every Way

We stayed in a family vacation after our youngest son graduated from university. The duplex was amazing, the location was even better. The pool, the cleanliness.. all of it was perfect in very way! We will be back and can’t recommend highly enough!

Wonderful!

This property was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you'd need for a vacation. Location was convenient to the beach as well as other AMI destinations. Communication responses with the hostess were immediate and helpful. We would stay here again!
