Amazing home!

Great house in a fantastic location. All the stores you could need within minutes and only a short car ride to major attractions! It had everything we needed for our vacation. We will be back!

They have all the measurements for the safety of Covid-19 and I felt very relaxed by looking at SOP's they have taken. Recommended.

Lovely home!

The home was lovely! The decor was so nice and everything was clean! Much much better then pictures. It is fully furnished and provided plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. I would love to rent this home again!

Fun!

We enjoyed our stay very much!! The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. For large families and friends, I think this house is amazing. The Villatel host was also fantastic as they responded to my texts in a courteous and prompt manner. I recommend staying here!

Good house

Lots of space for work. Everything worked and the host replied back to all of my questions in a very short amount of time. I recommend this home.

Exactly like the pictures!

Home looks exactly like the pictures! This is a great Villatel house. I used it to host a small family reunion with mostly older people, but the reason I chose it was the movie room and game room for the younger generation to play in. Clubhouse and restaurant are also great.

My kids loved themed room!

The kids loved their themed bedrooms. The furniture designs were superb and quality superior. We had a hard time convincing the kids it was time to go home, they couldn’t get enough of the place. I thank my brother for inviting us there.

Villatel’s customer service team was very helpful during the entire booking and settling-in period. The kids sleeping bunkers got them hooked at first sight. My wife and I fell in love with our bedroom right away.

We had a great time in this home. I will admit when you pull up to the home it is deceiving. It looks quite small from the outside but when you enter it’s exactly as described in the listing! My family and I had an amazing time! It was the perfect vacation before the Covid craziness! I would stay here again and I have recommended it to all of my friends!

Amazing!

This home was just what we needed.... a break from everything. Every TV had streaming options so everyone could watch whatever they wanted. That's a huge plus when you have kids ranging from 4yrs old to 19yrs old. We also loved having access to the Solara Clubhouse and letting the kids play in the bigger pool and order some lunch. All in all, we had a wonderful time here!

Bachlorette bliss!

Even though my wedding was postponed until 2021, we decided to book a home to just get away and relax for a few days. We're so glad that we did! My and the girls had a great time and barely even needed to leave the house! While I would have preferred to get married, at least I had a moment to enjoy spending time with family and friends, which is always important. We made lasting memories and I definitely will rebook for a newly-wed getaway next year! :)

Great place to stay BUT

Overall the house gets a 4 stars from me. Clean, management very attentive, beds comfortable, water pressure in showers great. Very happy with our stay. My below notes are constructive and not meant as a means to deter anyone from staying here as overall the property was GREAT. 1. The community at check in is absolutely the worst. Not the house itself but the guard gate. If on a busy weekend plan on sitting at least 1 hour if not more in a line over a mile long to get into the property. Was so bad on 3 of the nights the sherriffs department had to come to force the property to open the gates as the roadway was blocked with cars trying to get into the property and 1st responders could not get through. Uber drivers know this issue and cancelled 3 seperate pickups on us. 2. Need some touch up paint in spots on some walls in living areas although this was not a big issue. 3. PARKING is also a major issue. Cars line both sides of the streets and when you have a 10 bedroom house and have 5 cars which is their max. The streets get very very full and hard to park some nights not finding parking and risking getting towed.

Family Getaway with Space

The house was great for our family gathering. We had plenty of space and never felt like we were on top of each other. So many choices around the house to spend time. The hot tub was nice and hot and pool was perfect temperature. (We had it heated since it was February) the rental provides plenty of Pool towels. However, do not wash them with anything but the blue towels unless you want everything to turn a light blue. It was easy access in and out of the gate. Even on our initial arrival. Everything was well organized. There is some difficulty in the a.m. with traffic, so be prepared for at least an hour drive to any park. The line getting into the resort in the evening hours wasn’t bad for us however, it was February I can easily see how it can get backed up during the summer. I would suggest the resort to petition to have a traffic light put in to help with the flow. The home does have two refrigerators, and two dishwashers, which helped immensely with our large family. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher liquid with you. The resort does not provide this as well as trash bags. Parking is very limited so please keep this in mind when planning your guest arrival to cars will fit in the driveway. You can only park in the designated areas with white lines and there are very limited spaces in the summer or spring break I can see this as an issue for the resort, so please keep that in mind. Beds comfy- pillows fluffy

House is beautiful and big. Management team at Villatel was wonderful. They responded promptly to our needs and concerns . The resort in which the house is located (Solterra) is problematic, however. Parking there is a nightmare— Not enough space for all the cars in the resort. Our car was towed even though we had a parking pass because they had no available parking spaces and we were forced to park in an unauthorized spot— We had to pay $200 to get our car back like 20 others that day. Resort security was a joke. When I called about a loud party, they told me to just call the sheriff.

Great House

The house was perfect for the family and they had a fun time! However, we had family coming from different areas of the country and some got there before I did and they were given a hard time about parking permits and entrance even though they had copies of the email with all the information. I called Villatel, the leasing company and they said they would contact the property and get everything straightened out and call me back! They never called back and my family kept calling me with entry and permit problems. This should never happen because when you rent a house this big you will have people arriving at different dates and times!

Great! Movie theatre awesome! Pool great! Game room bonus! Enough bathrooms, bedrooms for 15!! (We had planned for 19 to stay) There would have been ample room! Safe neighborhood. Lazy river fun, and the pool there.

Great place with a ton of space.

The place was great for the whole family and well put together. The sleeping arrangements were helpful and quiet. The distance to Disney and Universal was a little frustrating but everyone got used to it. Grocery store was close and food options were good. The kids really enjoyed the game room and play area when it was a rain day. I recommend foe big families who need good amenities and space.

Family vacation

Have stayed in the community of solterra before and have loved the homes that we have rented in the past. Unfortunately when we arrived some of the rooms were dirty, garbage left on the floor, dirty sheets and hair and crumbs left in the beds in the children's room. They did send housekeeping to rectify the issues we came across but it was definitely not the welcome we were hoping for.

Perfect for work retreat

My company booked this house for a very small work retreat in the area. We mostly kept to ourselves due to the pandemic, but the house made up for that completely. Food delivery was easy, the internet worked perfectly (lots of presentations), and not having to share a bedroom/bathroom was a very nice perk. If you are looking for a large place to fit everyone, then this home is for you.

We had an amazing stay!

The house was exactly as it's described in the listing and looked even better in person. Themed rooms for kids were amazing! Our son loved the sponge bob themed room and stayed there for every night during the stay. Overall THIS HOUSE WAS AWESOME!
