THE EXPERIENCE AND HOLIDAY MEMORIES
This offers stunning ocean and mountain views, uninterrupted and wonderful. Step out the front door and take a short scenic walk on a private path through coastal grasses down onto Little Beach - an almost exclusively private beach.

It is a spectacular 15 minute stroll to the main Surf Club and the sweeping Forster Beach (also known as The Main Beach) which is patrolled weekends and peak school holidays. It is a 10 km walk to the river headland at Nambucca Heads - pure white sand.

Spot dolphins and whales from the private ocean frontage deck. Sleep on a premium quality bed, in crisp pure cotton sheets, with your choice of quality duvets, cotton or wool blankets. Stay connected with fast WIFI for those who need it and check out streaming films on SMART TVs - Samsung and Sony OLED. Bring your bathers and your beach towels, we are directly above Little beach.

PETS. You must - look up "The View in Scotts Head" or 6 Matthew St and verify with manager directly photo of pet - and approval to bring pets.

You will have EXCLUSIVE use of the house - for the guests nominated on your booking request - the housekeeper will set up for number of bedrooms and bathrooms specified in your booking request. There is a "no drop" in policy. Additional guests - booking fee needs to be adjusted.

Configuration for the entire house is 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms
bedding configuration is - 2 queen beds and 1 SINGLE

Strict maximum of 5 guests when booked at capacity. (please note while it is 3 BR and 3 Bth - at maximum of 5 guests the house is very comfortable)

Accessibility. The living area is on one level connected by four stairs to mezzanine level with the bedrooms.

The View is a non smoking beach house.

Minimum stays start from 4 nights.
School Holidays are minimum 7 night stays.
May be negotiable for last minute bookings.

Photos are outdated. Needs a proper clean (floors we dirty on our arrival), including inside kitchen cupboards and draws. Many chipped mugs. Otherwise a great stay.

Beautiful views and pet friendly

Stunning views and plenty of off leash beaches. Locals are super friendly. Lots of nearby nature to explore. House itself is lovely, sparkling clean and everything you could want including lots of books & games if the weather isn’t great. Comfy bed and lounge. Perfect for relaxing.

What a hidden gem

This place was exactly what the doctor ordered - what a relaxing location to escape our busy Sydney lifestyle. We are truly sad to be leaving today after a spectacular week. The house has everything you could possibly need and is very well equipped, while the location speaks for itself. Can't wait to return! 🙂

Great house for our family beach getaway in an amazing location. The house has everything we needed and the view certainly met expectation. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Scotts Head is a great town - perfect for lazy beach days.

Fabulou beach holiday house

The house more than lived up to our expectations. It was very clean and well equipped with a wonderful outlook. Easy walk to great beach and cafes. Such a sunny and warm spot for a winter beach holiday especially appreciated by us from the south! We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beach house, everything is walking distance, but it is exclusive and tranquil, pretty private and has the most phenomenal views from sunrise to sunset. Then the night sky - and a candle lit dinner - perfect setting for a "romantic" escape.

First Rate. Wonderful place for a holiday.

We loved it. Every mod con you could want. Loved the sense of space. It is quiet and restful. You aren’t jammed up next to other houses. The views take your breath away. You are on the water and next to a really private beach. Owners delightful and super helpful. The house is well laid out and set up for guests. We had a really special holiday.

The view made a good holiday into a great holiday!

Raw beauty. The house faces north onto an ocean reserve with postcard views of mountains, beaches and rolling waves. Photos are real but they don’t capture the fresh scented air or the large skies. At night we looked up to a carpet of twinkling stars. It is like a spread in some incredible travel magazine. Little Beach is in front of the house – down a grassy hill. The hosts were generous with local tips. House is very clean, has everything and then some: quality toiletries, comfortable beds, crisp linen, hot showers in three bathrooms, under cover parking for the cars and level access. Coming and going with all our gear and food was easy. We walked into the town centre around the headland and back along the beach. Easy walk to the beaches to swim, no roads and truly beautiful swimming beaches. To cap off the perfect holiday, we were in luck and caught whiting off the main beach late in the afternoon for a BBQ dinner. Sitting looking at the sun set - we did not want to leave. A romantic, fun beach house. One of the best holidays in ages.

Awesome location, awesome house

A beach house perfectly located with a view that makes you never want to leave. Best thing was being able to have our dog with us! Living spaces are really comfy, well equipped kitchen. A bathroom for everyone! Owner was very communicative and helpful, especially after a storm affected internet.

A very special place for a holiday

What to say about this beach house? What can one say? The Views took our breath away every day. We felt very fortunate. We took so many photos of the wild grasses, the colours of the ocean and skies, the layers of mist rising from the mountains in the mornings. All SO SO SO very beautiful. We loved coming back to the house each morning for breakfast after a swim, or walk on the beach. We loved sitting with a glass of Aussie wine on the deck watching the sunset. We also love the pine trees. Please never cut those big trees down. This is a very special place on the planet. Please preserve its beauty.
