Unless agreed with owner bookings accepted only on the basis of 5 nights from a Sun, 7 nights from a Friday or Fri/Sat Wkd - only where gaps exist between existing bookings.

This newly renovated sun drenched apartment offers a unique opportunity for those families not wishing to compromise their stay and having to put up with small pokey lofts bedrooms, sofa beds or a lack of bathrooms. Parents get to enjoy one of two retreats on the upper level which harness the apartments amazing views.
Each master bedroom is impeccably finished with bespoke wooden ceilings, 32" LED TVs, sumptuous carpets, the highest quality latex topped mattresses, generous wardrobe space, a built in desk and a luxury ensuite, both of which feature double overhead showers in their oversize showers compartments.
The two identical downstairs bedrooms each features a double bed with a huge king single bunk above, still leaving room to sit up on both levels, built in wardrobes, under-bed storage and 24" LED TVs. (These room also feature the same high quality mattresses featured in the master bedrooms)
This property is generally the owners winter home and as such it is furnished like a home and incorporates the best in linen, furnishings kitchen appliance, kitchenware and utensils throughout.
The apartment has flat panel ceramic heaters in all rooms plus underfloor heating and fireplace in the living room and bathrooms.
Parking may be accommodated by prior arrangement with owner, dependant on date of stay. Drop off of baggage is available right outside the apartment's entrance and free parking is available in any one of 4 free car parks located from only 2/300 metres from the apartment building, and from which a free shuttle will return you to the adjacent village mall, only metres from the apartment's entrance.
The apartment offers guest comfortable storage for up to 8 sets of skis and poles on the ground floor, with the apartment being located on the 3rd floor. The locks for the Ski locker and car park or by way of combination so family members can come and go at their individual convenience.

By prior arrangement pick and drop of can be organised for you at Cooma Airport.
The owner or his local representative will meet you onsite, on your arrival and make sure you are comfortably settled into the apartment.

Why they chose this property
A brand new 2016 ground up renovation located only 20 metres from Thredbo's main Village square containing th village bakery cafes and ski shops and several restaurants. There nothing like being in the heart of the village to enjoy all Thredbo has to offer. Super easy access to lifts at Friday Flat via free bus service located 2mins from your front door or alternatively take 2-3 stroll through he village square to Valley Terminal to the Crackenback chairlift.
