Relax in this beautiful, inviting, and totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in the South Forest Beach area. This villa features a newly remodeled kitchen, appliances, flooring, and furnishings as well as redesigned bathrooms nestled in lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking paths.
Your vacation “home away from home” is a beautifully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath end-unit villa that offers a lot of natural light and a comfortable living and dining area that leads out to a large screened patio overlooking one of three pools. This screened patio is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail to unwind with after a busy day of island exploring. No pesky mosquitoes in the summer either!

The fully-equipped and newly designed kitchen features new appliances as well as dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils - everything you need for home-cooked meals. And, a stacked washer and dryer are also in the villa for guests' convenience.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed to ensure a good night’s sleep with a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a newly designed tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a King-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The second private bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a new modern tile design.

Spacious and Clean

7701 Tree Tops is a ground floor unit. The unit is spacious and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need including an air fryer! The pool is literally outside the back porch, which is screen in! Both bathrooms are amazing with chair height toilets and updated showers! We drove to Coligny to go the beach which was less than a mile. Others reviews talked about the flooring and noisy upstairs neighbors. The floors are fine and look updated. As for upstairs-you can hear walking from the unit above. I assume it's from whatever the flooring is made of. Also, from the parking area to this unit is about a 75 to 100 yard walk. Which isn't bad. But if you travel heavy just FYI. Overall great place and would recommend.

Beautiful Location

Winter Get-a Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our usual winter in Hilton Head, and as always, it was wonderful! I don’t know what we would do without Vacation Time! Every year they take such good care of us, they make our stay so effortless! The rental was fabulous, the location was the best, within walking distance of the beach, and, Vacation Time was there for us with any issues! We can’t recommend them highly enough, they are professional, friendly and just a pleasure to work with! We truly love our winters on Hilton Head Island!

Beach Vacay

Overall, we had a great time at this location. There was a spot in the floor that was especially worrisome, and we contacted property management and they quickly came to try and remedy the problem. The floors at this property is definitely something that the owner needs to address. In addition, two of the lightbulbs were out and the tubing for the AC vent in the master bedroom had separated from the vent. Again, everything was addressed by the management company in a very timely fashion. The walk to the beach was a little further than I would have liked, but not a deal breaker. Overall, the place was really nice and our family had a good time. I would definitely stay here again. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible, not quite 5 because of the glitches on our arrival.
