Great location!

A great location and very clean. Was perfect size for my husband and I. Only complaint we had was the water temp in the shower. It would scald you one minute and freeze you the next. Overall was a good place. Would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and a great location. The beach, Coligny plaza and the playground were all about 6-8 minute walk. While the listing does say handicap inaccessible I wouldn’t recommend with small kids. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the first floor then we were able to take the elevator. The pictures showed an elevator and description didn’t state you had to use stairs to get to it. With smalls kids I wouldn’t have booked it and I won’t be coming back. When we arrived other guest were also complaining about the stairs situation too. The ground level parking garage does have an elevator but our big suv was too tall. Only suitable for very small cars. We were disappointed with our stay. Carrying bags and wagon plus kids down the stairs isn’t practical. Lastly it was inconvenient to drive to Sunset rentals office who aren’t on sight just to pick up our parking pass. That could’ve easily been left in our room.

The room was clean and updated. The parking garage was secure with video cameras. The pool was nice, too.

We had a good time, even we hoped for easier access to beach

The apartment was convenient and furnished with style, we liked it. There were minimal dishwater and commodities (e.g. for cooking), which could easily be improved.
