It also features pillow top King and queen beds with TV in bedroom, Caesar stone benchtop, free unlimited Wi-Fi (connected to the NBN for reliable high speed internet) Flat screen TV with DVD Player, Comfortable leather lounge, air-conditioning and heating.
Secure Garage under the main roof with remote control for easy access.
Outdoor electric BBQ with outdoor setting.
Located close to the centre of Mount Gambier and only 3km from the world famous Blue Lake, this apartment is a tranquil, homely and relaxing getaway for all.
Close to Vansittart park with children's playground and close to the city centre.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak.
Christmas - New year period minimum 4 night stay. Easter minimum 3 night stay.
Long weekends and special events minimum night stays apply.
Rate of $190 per night is for 3 guests using 1 king bed and 1 single bed in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Extra guests $30 per person per night. (extra guests will be accommodated in second queen bedroom)
A cancellation admin fee of $65 applies to all cancellations.
During peak times maximum rate applies, no discounts available.
A $200 pre authorised bond is required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check-out or extra guests. This can be by either cash or a valid credit card guarantee. The money will only be accessed in case of the above events occuring.
