Ocean views and sounds can be enjoyed from the LR and DR as well as both oceanfront bedrooms,(K & Q); the 3rd. a twin bedroom has a partial view. The ground level apartment offers extra space. Tile floor with a seating and dining area as well as a kitchenette, two bedrooms and game room, make this level ideal for additional family or young adults in your group. The ocean front shade covered porch is just the spot for taking in the salt air breezes, outside dining, or reading your book. While the large open deck is the best place for soaking up the sun’s rays and enjoying the view of the beach from the rocking chairs. All the charm of the 1950’s and an easy 6 block, 1/2 mile walk on the beach or street, to the heart of Surf City Town and all it has to offer!
