Amazing time at LimeHouse

Had a party of 10 and we had an amazing time at LimeHouse. Each room was spacious and all of us were able to have our individual rooms and bathrooms. Dealing with the host/property group was seamless. Communication was great and had quick responses. Had a doorman, transportation to and from airport and chef through the host making it feel like an all inclusive resort. Location wise it was a short drive to downtown, less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend staying here!!!

The WIFI an All TV's did not work for an entire stay we checked out day early. When we complained to VRBO the host lied to them that everything was in working order that was completely false STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROPERTY host told VRBO that they provided us a chef lied again the only person was there was the cleaning lady NO CHEF. Please do not stay here and the area is not a safe place to stay in told us not step out of the gate. We will never use this property or The VRBO as took the owner side as we requested refund for 1 night that we left early due WIFI and Tv not working. Well NO Refund given to us rather lied to booking channel.

We are very disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the actual events of this stay. There was a temporary 2-hour WiFi outage on the day of check-in due to a service provider issue. This was fully resolved the same day, and both WiFi and TVs functioned normally for the remainder of the stay. As a courtesy for that inconvenience, we arranged and provided a complimentary private chef dinner, which was accepted by the guest. The request for a refund was made only after the guest decided to leave early for personal travel plans to San José, not due to any ongoing issue with the property. Because the home was fully operational and the early departure was unrelated to a service failure, VRBO did not approve a refund. Regarding safety: our property is in a secure, gated community, and at no point was the guest advised that the area was unsafe. This claim is simply untrue. We take great pride in maintaining a high-quality experience for every guest, and we stand by the accuracy of our communication with VRBO and the level of service provided during this stay.

Best Property and Location Ever

Went with a group of 10 people for 5 days and the Lime House was THE perfect spot for a large group. The property is formatted like a totally private hotel, so everyone has their own room and bathroom. The kitchen and pool areas were all like new and allowed us to easily entertain and enjoy ourselves. Location is second to none, either a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Jaco bars, restaurants and beaches. Check in was a breeze and cleaning during our stay was clutch especially with a busy schedule. The only place we will stay next time is Lime House! A big thank you to the staff for making this trip the best ever!
