Our Arrow Luxury Townhome is located in the heart of Downtown Winter Park. With four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, this new home sleeps 9, and you ll have room and amenities for the whole family on your next Winter Park getaway!
Arrow 288 is perfect for your next vacation. Across the street, just steps away from the home, are several popular restaurants to satisfy various palates - BBQ, deli, street tacos, bakery, Italian, small plates, and distillery. Take the free public shuttle to the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, and the Winter Park Resort.
Arrow 288 is professionally decorated in a western mountain home design with all the comforts of modern technology, with smart TV s throughout the home, and a smart lock to gain access to the home.
The main level of the home has an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas burner stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to prepare a gourmet meal on your next Winter Park, Colorado vacation.
The living area has comfy seating and a 55 flat-screen smart TV. Just off the living area, you ll find a balcony deck where you can catch the sunrise peeking over the Continental Divide with your morning coffee, and view the evening alpenglow as you grill your favorite burgers. Located on the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed.
