Currumbin is located on the southern Gold Coast just 7 minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport and 30 minutes south from Surfers Paradise. Tugun township is to the south of the property, handy walk to a row of restaurants, including Thai, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese and selection of popular boutique bars. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS. This house is not suitable for this type of entertaining. It is a residentially zoned holiday house. No extra guests permitted otherwise bond maybe forfeited. No schoolies, please don't ask.
Any noise complaints may/will forfeit bond also. No loud music after 10pm weeknights
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
