Property Description:

Relax on the balcony and take in the pristine ocean views. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a private pool and a large balcony is the perfect getaway for any occasion. A peaceful haven located in Sunrise Beach a short stroll to the sand, a morning coffee or the dog beach.

Wake up to stunning sunrises that fill the sea and sky with colour. Have a dip in the pool, let the cool ocean breezes whisk you away, then settle in for the evening and listen to the rolling surf.

The area is almost entirely surrounded by Noosa National Park offering many hiking trails for walking or running. Enjoy the glorious coastal views, the magic of migrating whales, or dolphins riding the waves. Or have a wander on the inland tracks with pockets of rain forest and interesting wildlife.

Casa del Sol is one townhouse of only two, newly renovated with new furnishings. It is just a 5 minute drive to Noosa's trendy Hasting Street buzzing with fabulous restaurants, shopping and the beautiful Noosa Main Beach. A short drive away is the Noosa River, a lush playground and recreational area with something on offer for everyone.

The home was perfectly located so that you could easily watch the sunrise over the beach every morning, be far enough away from all the crowds of Hastings street but only a 5 minute drive from any major shopping, national park and various beaches :)

Lovely surprise - worth keeping a secret!

Fantastic accommodation with a lovely holiday feel and sea views. Clean and roomy in a quiet part of Sunshine Beach and only a short drive to everything you need from beaches to restaurants and shopping. Uber operates regularly in the area and food delivery is also an easy option. This place is great for a little dog with ample fenced area to explore and stretch their legs. We will be back again for certain!

A lovely and tranquil place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay At Casa del Sol and recommend it to others. The townhouse is nicely appointed and clean. It is close to everything by car. There was no construction going on nearby so, with the door to the deck open, we could hear the surf. It was always nice to come back from whatever we were doing and to spend time in such an attractive and relaxing environment. The host was extremely easy to deal with and responds quickly to every inquiry.

Very comfortable stay

Lovely townhouse and very comfortable for our week long stay. Not the place to stay if you have mobility issues with stairs. Great outdoor areas and very serene considering you are so close to a major road. Can only see the ocean when standing up on the balcony which was a little disappointing. Advertised as being able to have a dog up to 30kg which mine is. Really only suitable for small dogs as only has a small patch of artificial grass. Lovely to have your own private pool which is services weekly for you. Overall a very good stay.

Relaxing Visit

We stayed at this property with our three children and had a very relaxing time. The townhouse is bright with a lovely deck and close access to the beach. There is construction on the highway at the moment, which made it a little tricky to navigate walking to the beach, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay

The property was lovely and our experience with the property a manger was great. The TV was broken when we arrived and they arranged to have it replaced the next day. Great location and lovely outdoor deck and pool. Lovely pet friendly home.

Lovely house in a great location

Lovely clean house with all amenities. My kids and I loved the splash pool to cool down in and great balcony to have evening meals and drinks. With a short walk we were on the dog beach, where my two poodles had loads of fun. Great location and just a short drive to get to the other resort areas around Noosa Heads. Had a great time and would highly recommend :-)

A blissful two weeks on the sunny coast

The house is a great place to base yourself to explore the sunny coast. It was really well provisioned and whether your sitting out on the decking or having a dip in the pool, it's a great place to stay!

Very well equipped!

Well equipped and recommended rental! Home was clean, with all necessary equipment to have a good vacation (from Ketchup to beach towels). Pool, while small, sufficed for our family of four. One criticism is that there is only one Air Con unit which only effectively treats the upper floor. In order to get tolerable sleeping temperatures in the downstairs bedrooms, the unit needs to be set to ‘Arctic’ (16 C, continuously), requiring folks to be overly chilly upstairs for the tolerable comfort of those downstairs. Within a quick walk to the beach, and an easy drive to shops.

Fantastic holiday house for family fun!

We thought this house was wonderful for our week in Noosa. The kids loved the pool, and we all loved eating on the deck with the ocean views. Many of the appliances are new and every room has been carefully decorated which made the house feel very comfortable. Walking distance to a lovely cafe as well.

Great home, very well presented

We had three nights at Casa de Sol with the extended family. The home is really well set up and worked great for the six of us. The home is really well presented, clean and the kitchen lacked for nothing. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor relaxing area. Being pet friendly was a priority, the off leash beach is an easy 15 minute walk.

Great Getaway
