The 3rd level is the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and laundry (washer/dryer). Guest bedroom #2 is West facing, king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 has a queen bed and full en suite bath. Bedroom #2 and dining room leads to a deck and backyard. The modern kitchen is fully updated, (3) high-top stools, and family dining room table with seating for (10). It has everything you need to enjoy a nice meal with your family and friends.
The 2nd level has another living room, TV, wet bar, and full bathroom. Sliding doors lead to the backyard and pool. And the 1st level is the garage.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort and have televisions for your enjoyment. Amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, WIFI, cable, 4 car garage with two spots available for parking along with 2 driveway parking spaces, for a total of 4 parking spots in total. There is absolutely no street parking even for visitors - per city regulations. Please read the parking regulations below and be sure you are able to comply prior to renting the house. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum occupancy of 9, sleeps 8 people in beds (2 king beds, 1 queen, & 1 bunk bed full over full), & 4-7 day minimum stay depending on the time of year booked. Maximum day capacity of 15 during the day and 9 in the evening (between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am).
There is no elevator so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS.
This home has air conditioning, and because the size of the property there is an additional fee to use the air, but heating is included. Also an additional pool heating fees may apply, Please contact the host for additional details.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Absolutely no events or parties at this property quiet enjoyment only as this is a residential neighborhood and neighbors privacy needs to be respected. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this property.
PARKING AT THE HOUSE IS LIMITED TO THE FOUR SPOTS DISCRIBED BELOW AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING.
• Street Parking rules and regulations are strictly enforced by the city. Failure to comply with parking rules and regulations will result in your car being towed and or a large fine. Your host may lose their license to operate at a short term rental compliance is mandatory.
• Very important there are four parking spots on property please park there. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. The two in the garage fit small to medium cars and the two on the driveway fit large to medium cars.
• There is ABSOLUTLY NO STREET PARKING AT ANYTIME you will be towed and fined a minimum of $1k.
• Parking restrictions apply to any daytime visitors. STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED FOR THEM AS WELL AT ANYTIME. This is strictly enforced by the City. Your host will also incur a considerable fine and or lose their right to operate as a short term rental. If you receive a ticket and are towed as a result of non-compliance. That fine along with the host fine will be your responsibility. Please park ONLY in the designated parking spots as indicated above. No day or night street parking is permitted.
• If you have questions regarding Parking contact your host.
• If you have a visitor they can park in the spots provided at the house or they need to uber to the house but they may not park on the street at Any time.
• Do not park in any way that obstructs the street.
• Commercial Vehicles are not permitted to be parked in this neighborhood. They require a special permit from the city. Fines and towing will result.
