Our home is right on the water with amazing sunset views!

Enjoy gorgeous views of the lake from the open-concept Living Room / Dining Room/ Kitchen or while unwinding in the oversized Master Bedroom/ Bathroom.

The Kitchen is full-sized with seating for 8 at the Dining Table + 2 at the island.

Play in the spacious back yard, make s’mores on the fire pit or simply enjoy a sunrise and cup of coffee on the covered deck or enclosed porch.

Swing into the lake on one of the TWO rope swings or just enjoy the scenery over the water from the boathouse deck.

Relax in the 3 bedrooms and extra room with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed.

Have family time with a game of cornhole, put together a puzzle, or have a game night with one of several board games (no Monopoly fights!).

Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day.

This is a beautiful property right on the water and in a nice gated community. We all loved the house and just totally enjoyed our mini vacation! The host is really awesome!!! Every question, text, or call he responded in minutes. I was even allowed to check in at an earlier time. We cooked, watched movies, played games and relaxed from our busy lives. And my I mentioned the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I mean everything!! The only downside I had was we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely family getaway. This lake house has everything right at your fingertips! I didn’t even list half of all the amenities we enjoyed!!!

Great place!

Our family had such a good time! The house is great and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The best part is the great dock and boat house with the rope swings. It is so fun to hop in and swim there all day. Highly recommend this place!

The property and owner were terrific! Hope to go back for a longer stay one day! So nice to relax and look at the lake. The indoor views were great. And the outside views even better. Great for a couple or a family. Thank you again Stephen for letting us stay in your vacation home!

April on the Lake

We stayed 3 weeks at That Livingston Lake House in April. We fished, ate, and enjoyed seeing family members that we had not been able to visit for a long while. The trip, the house, and Stephen, the host, all were great!

Noles 2023 Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time. The large covered dock area was perfect for trying to stay out of the heat while watching the kids swim and fish. When we were inside there were plenty of things to keep both the kids and adults entertained. The owners were super responsive when we had questions and very accommodating. This was probably one of the best rentals we have done on VRBO and will definitely be a repeat renter.

Son bday weekend

Beautiful home with plenty of entertainment. We had an amazing time celebrating our son 11 year bday. Kids were entertained the entire weekend. They loved swinging off the rope into the lake, running in the huge back yard, swimming, and playing games in the garage. Nobody was bored even once. We had a great time. Owner was very responsive and accomadting. Best lake house we have stayed so far with plenty of things to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and making memories.

An exceptional stay!

I’ll keep this brief, but there’s so much to say! We celebrated several birthdays with our teens, and it was an amazing experience. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadn’t been, we still would have loved our stay. Stephen was an outstanding host from the moment we booked, promptly answering all my questions. As fellow vacation property owners, we know what makes for a comfortable stay, and this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly has everything—inside and out. The added touches of welcoming snacks, bottled water and a guide for activities and restaurants was much appreciated. There are countless thoughtful activities for kids, teens, and adults alike. Whether swimming or rope-swinging off the dock, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying indoor games like pool, air hockey, basketball, foosball, and arcade games, there’s something for everyone. The selection of board games is impressive! The house itself is comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. We loved the sunroom for sunrise views, the covered deck for meals, and the thoughtfully placed tree swings and rocking chair. The yard was perfect for playing badminton, bocce ball, and frisbee. And THE VIEW! Our favorite time was sunset; it was a stunning surprise that gave us countless beautiful photos by the water. The location in a quiet subdivision is ideal, making this the perfect getaway. We can’t recommend this place enough!

I’d rather be at That Livingston Lake House

We had the greatest time at That Livingston Lake House! The accommodations were spacious and there were so many areas to enjoy and have fun, both kids and adults alike. The dock is amazing with 2 rope swings and Bluetooth speakers for endless fun or just hang out in a tube to relax by the dock. Several options for outdoor fun available Cornhole, croquet, kickball, 3 tree swings, and campfire pit for s’mores. The garage games were a huge hit. Indoors we enjoyed game night with many games to pick from. Something fun around every corner here. Other amenities that are five star is having full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and hair dryers (and diffusers) available in bathrooms. Felt like a hotel! Lots of beach towels were available to use. Pantry and fridge had several community shelves that were stocked with items to use including spices, sugar, coffee, condiments and more. Good stock of pots, pans sheets to cook and stay in. Loved this! The decor is very relaxing and welcoming. This place is great for making family memories and the attention to detail is endless. The owner cares about you feeling at home and it shows. Book it now and you will see. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It accommodated my family of 10 comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked making it easy to prepare home cooked meals. The game-room style garage was an added bonus! We also enjoyed the neighborhood pickleball court just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this listing 10 out of 10 !!

Awesome House!

We had a great relaxing weekend. The house was clean, we had a cute welcome basket, the house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly to all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio in the mornings overlooking the lake. The boys loved all the games, the gumball machine, the ropes swings off the boat deck and making smores at night. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we'll be back!

Fabulous / Relaxing Vacation Stay

We spent the week here and loved every minute of it! Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and had a nice welcome basket waiting for us. Great fishing, fun swimming and rope swings (beware the deck does get slippery), kids loved the arcade games and gum balls, kayak, fire and smores, games, etc. We will definitely be back later this summer/fall!

Fun with Friends Weekend Getaway

We brought my friends kids for a little weekend escape and the house was PERFECT! They loved all the games and the romp room - the word was - the bunk beds were REALLY comfortable. What a lovely touch with the s’mores basket and everything we needed for a fire.The view is spectacular and the yard is huge - lots of room to play and hang out. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.Thank you! We hope to come back!

Great Getaway

Took the family on a Valentine's Day weekend trip. Host was great with communication. Felt very peaceful and relaxing on the property. Kids all took a cold plunge in the lake and said they want to come back in the summer when it is warmer.

The place with everything

If you’d like to go to a lake house with everything, this is it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many toys and games in one place. We’re already talking about going back with our grandkids. This home has room for everyone and it’s maintained so nicely.

Wonderful property

Our group of 11 adults fit comfortably in this beautiful house by the lake. The owner was extremely helpful, was fast in every inquiry and was always forthcoming with all the information we needed. He allowed us to come in early and offered us to check out late as there was no other party checking in after us. I highly recommend this property. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need!
