It is fitted with a bunk bed in the very generous king single sizing as well as a single trundle bed. This room also features a television and PlayStation 3 games consul, which doubles as a CD and DVD player as well as an internet connection to watch your own streaming option of Netflix etc. The third bedroom, with queen bed and children's cot, enjoys beautiful afternoon sunshine and an outlook to the back garden. It is fitted with a tasteful cot and baby change table to make you and your little ones stay more comfortable.
The downstairs bathroom has a large bath tub, ideal for soaking or provides a great swim for the little ones at bath time, a shower and toilet. A separate water closet with basin is located upstairs. This home also features an outdoor shower for rinsing off after enjoying the beaches.
A large open plan living area takes up the eastern side of the building. With the majority of the external walls being windows, this area creates outdoor living indoors. The well-appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer with icemaker and filtered water, electric oven, microwave or a second conventional oven and gas cooktop. The cupboards are well stocked with glass wear, crockery, and cutlery, cooking, baking and serving items. Enjoy your old favourites for meals or select something new from our lovely cookbooks.

There is a separate sitting/study room. This is the perfect place to get away for a few hours with a magazine, book or board game. This room has a comfortable lounge, large bookshelf with a variety of magazines and a selection of board games as well as a large desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Aireys Inlet is a beautiful small town along the Great Ocean Road only 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne city and 50 minutes from the city of Geelong. It is home to the well-known Split Point Lighthouse. It has wonderful walking trails along the clifftops overlooking the beaches and ocean and is surrounded by The Great Otway National Park, great surf and swimming beaches are all within walking distance or a short (10-15 minute) drive, a welcoming pub with large grassed area looking out towards Lorne, horse riding, cafes, chemist, general store, post office etc. Markets are held monthly on Sunday (more frequently in the summer months) and larger towns, wineries, waterfalls, spas, a golf course and chocolate factory are within an easy drive - Torquay is 25 minutes by car, Anglesea 15 minutes and Lorne 30 minutes away.
The famous 12 Apostles can be reached by car in two (2) hours or by VLine Bus within 3.5 hours.
